Been to this location multiple times. Unfortunately the quality of the food is not the same. I ordered a banana split which is a favorite of mine from this Location. Something seemed different when i taste my dessert. I noticed that my banana had some discoloration. I rinsed it off and automatically felt sick after looking at the remaining pieces of the banana. Once i realized what i had eaten, i just let the rest melt. My concern is that someone should have known that this specific banana should have been thrown away and not served to a customer.

The prices keep going up, but the quality is lacking. I ordered my typical smore sundae, it was not even half full, and costs nearly $8! I paid with cash, because it annoys me they charge you more for card use, and the cashier shorted me.

Ice cream is so good here. I always get the take home treat for my dogs. The parking lot can be a bit of a squeeze but it does have a drive thru and staff were really friendly. They do have a drive thru, which is a bonus.

The drive thru was crowded but the walk up was not. I was there for about 6 minutes. The custard tastes okay. Service was fast and friendly. Credit/Debit Accepted. There is a little area out front to sit and eat your custard.

I have been a customer for a few years now. i have always received friendly, fast ( even when busy) respectful and courteous service. Just recently 08/ 05/2025 for the 1st time ever, there was a problem with my order. Of course I didn’t realize this untill I arrived home. I called the establishment immediately, spoke to manager on duty, he quickly investigated the situation and immediately corrected the problem. Once I drove back up there, it seemed as if the entire staff was appologic..this staff went over and beyond EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will continue to support this business all year long as I have, but last night showed me another side of the business and staff. I appreciate you so very much. THANK YOU.

I got the old fashioned sundae. Vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and nuts. My daughter got a Vanilla ice cream sandwich and my son got a Vanilla shake with oreos. The shake was more like a cup of ice cream. He still enjoyed it. My sundae was good as well. I paid $15 something.

I usually get doozles and I don’t really have a problem, but lately its been feeling like they getting a little lazy?? I visited not even 2 days ago and i go to start eating my ice cream not even almost half way, i’m pulling little pieces of cup out of my teeth. I thought I was tripping when i was literally having pieces of the cup in my teeth. as i get halfway through the cup there is a giant hole in the side of the cup and the only reason i didn’t even notice at first because they just put it in another cup. Not only did i not receive the extra cheesecake i literally pay extra for i have giant pieces of the cup in my ice cream. I usually complain but come on now!
