The worst service ever I just came to get a strawberry shake and there was only strawberry at the very top not at the bottom. I asked them to fix it. They act like they didn’t wanna do it so now I will never be returning to the sonic again horrible customer service if you don’t like your job, why do you work there? I don’t care about you not being able to speak English at least be pleasant and productive which you’re not and this is why people are going to stop going to fast food restaurants because the prices are overpriced and the quality is low and the service is horrible. I was just in the drive thru 10 minutes ago. I was charged for a powered slush which I never ordered. I ordered a 5 peice chicken tender meal with total and mozzarella sticks. Had to go back because there was no tots. Get home and there are 3 tiny chicken straps. At this point having to go back a 3rd time is unreal. $22 for a 5 tender meal and didnt even get what I ordered.

I arrived at the Drive-in location (SDI 4461) after ordering ahead by approximately 10 minutes for the 10-15 minute time window stated in the app (order @ 5:25, “ready” time was 5:35-5:45). I checked in with the app for my stall number (#17) and verified in-app that I had checked in, several times. There were approximately 3 other cars waiting for their orders- two doordash-style, and one in a normal car slot.
I ordered a Sonic Blast, a small tots, and a large soda.
I proceeded to wait nearly half an hour for my order, of which none of the items are unusual for the time of day (for example, a breakfast item in the evening I would expect to take longer). However, I saw several cars go through the drive-thru and receive their orders before I received mine, despite ordering ahead.
I saw the employees place my ice cream on a tray where it sat for around 20 minutes, followed by the soda for another 5, and then finally after another 3 minutes an employee brought out my order to my vehicle. He did not say a single word- explanation, apology, or otherwise, and just handed my cups/bag over and walked away.
As I got my stuff, I noticed the ice cream had melted and was barely solid. The tots were not even warm because they had been sitting for a while. The drink was the only acceptable part of the meal.
I contacted the corporate feedback account about this, and if anybody else has issues, I would recommend you do as well.
I’d also recommend no longer visiting this location if there are others that are in your area. I have yet to have GOOD service at this location in many visits.

Today is 10-23-25 @1:24pm and IDK what’s up with todays lunch crew but I’m looking at a pretty empty lot/drive thru with not many customers at all and yet they’re still having trouble? SMH how hard is it to make 1 drink or an ice cream and get it right without taking 10 to 15 min to do so. At a time like this 8 highly doubt ppl have money to waste!

This sonic is the WORST to go to! The service is always slow. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone through the drive thru and I have to say ” hello is anyone there?” They almost always mess up my order or it is poor quality. I would say most of their employees don’t speak English or not very well. I have been cut off multiple times while placing an order and not been able to complete my order until I’m face to face with an employee. I will only go there for a drink now because I don’t waste my money on anything else there.

Pretzel stick was warm and fresh. This might be a personal matter of taste, but it was very sweet and almost tasted like cake. Cheese dip wasn’t cold but a little cooler than room temperature.

This used to be a more affordable place to get a burger. Now it is just as expensive. The tater tots were hard and the burger drive. Only the green chile was good. I won’t be coming back even though it’s in my neighborhood.

Went to the little drive in spot. I was barely able to understand what the coworker was saying and my lead to a good bit of miscommunication. When I ordered, they often wouldn’t read back what I said and there were a lot of awkward pauses. I had to initial more than you would normally have to and it made the experience a bit frustrating. The food did come out in a timely manner but the quality was very poor for the time we had to wait. I ordered a sweet tea and I drank it, was unsweetened, which was a heavy turn off. Overall pretty poor experience.

Baby Roach in my drink! Right on top of the ice. I called and sent the pictures in and got a refund. But still, absolutely disgusting and will never be going back. I’ve heard jokes about sonic having roaches but never thought it was true until now. Just foul!

Very plump man with rosy cheeks decived me with his friendly personality and failed to deliver me my 4th pretzel stick and only delivered 3 just for me to discover and mourn the loss of 4th pretzel stick stick hours later.
