Donut Parlor is our favorite place! The softest donuts with a variety of toppings. They fill their filled donuts as you order and have a good variety of fillings (the peanut butter one is delicious). The smoothies and coffee are a good addition to the donuts. Plus it’s locally owned. We’ve gotten a chance to get to know Chad, I recommend coming to visit and say hi.

I’ve been here a couple times. The donuts are good, but not the best. A little pricey for what you get. I paid about $15 for 6. I came a little later in the day, if I try them again I’ll have to stop by in the morning, hopefully get a better selection. The ube donuts were probably the best of the 6 that I got. FYI, if you get a cereal topped one, the cereal will likely be stale if it’s later in the day.

So I got the maple bacon donut and the lemon poppy seed donut. The maple bacon was SO delicious! The flavor tasted natural and not too sweet and overpowering and the bacon was crispy, the two different textures really made a difference. Most other companies that make this donut the bacon is soft and chewy and the taste is just mediocore. The lemon poppy seed donut is one of their award winners and now I can see why… it was a cake donut.. but oh my goodness… this cake donut was light and fluffy and like nothing I have ever tasted… it wasn’t too lemony and had the perfect flavor!! Well done!! When I’m in town again, I will definitely be coming back!!

I’ve enjoyed the maple bacon donuts on many occasions and everytime I have company from out of town I make sure to serve them. I was so disappointed when I ordered a couple dozen (not cheap) so that I can deliver to my family who are now hooked on the original and got a less than standard fair I’m hoping it was an off day and not the new normal. No maple glaze to speak of. What a let down.

Amazing donuts, excellent service, my only suggestion is to get there as early as possible for the best selection. I LOVE the Fruity Pebble donut – something about the mix of the cereal and the delicious glaze, so good!
