We love Don’s! I have never had anything that wasn’t fantastic. Today I found my new favorite greens beans that I’ve ever had. My daughter got the chicken and waffles and said it was “amazing.” All of our seafood was so good. Their hush puppies are such a good appetizer. I’ve never had anything oyster there that I didn’t like.

We had diner on Tuesday for my daughter’s 6th birthday. Carmen was fabulous. We had never had the crawfish there to which I wanted crawfish on the geaux all the way in baton rouge. I have fallen in love with Don’s crawfish. We got oysters of course, but we will see you’ll again soon! Thank you for such a great experience. Thank you Carmen my daughter still is impressed about the birthday song. My spouse is a restaurant manager of 20 years and he was thoroughly impressed! See you’ll soon!

We made reservations for a lunch of 21 people.
The waitress was top shelf! Absolutely a gem with a tall task. She did her best to have everyone served at the same time and no ones to be cold! Our drinks were full (no alcohol).
The food – flavors, outstanding! Size, very large.
Only complaint would be some of the food was burnt… I think it happened only trying to get everything served at the same time. … still took away from the flavor.

My first time here was really pleasant! The food was perfect, atmosphere was perfect, music was hitting, lights just right, and the service was good too, I didn’t have to ask for anything. I got the stuffed catfish and I was hoping it would be decent, and it exceeded my expectations. Don’t get me started on the “Jacked Up Oysters”. Best oysters I’ve had in a while. Even the bread was good. This place is a 10/10.

Excellent food, excellent service, excellent environment. We had very large crowd tonight and extended family, and the restaurant handled everybody with ease. Madi was our server, she was fantastic. Everyone was amazed at how well she handled our party because it would typically take two for a party our size.
The food and service is far superior to what to the knock off brand we have in Watson.

Sunday about noon – on the way home from FL. Server was very attentive- she was working very hard. Food was really good. I had the lunch fried shrimp with fries. Hush puppies were my favorite! Iced tea was realllllly good.
