i see why this place is rated so low. the chicken was very dry and looked like scraps. the fries greasy and flavorless, the crepe very crispy and dry, definitely not worth the $15. it’s plain cheese and ham unevenly spread throughout the crepe. the best thing ordered was the kids tenders which was average at best. i just don’t know how other foods like the steak or seafood are which, but there’s still better places in the area anyways.

Love Their food! They cook the pork in the brick oven!!!! We love their lemonade coco drink too. Their ground meat ( carne molida) is well seasoned. They have tasty Meat Empanadas

Came here one Friday after work, it was relatively empty and we got sat fast and server came to our table quick. Ordered 2 empanadas and 1 pandebono but only got 1 empanadas. Strike 1. The pandebono clearly baked early in the day, wasn’t even warmed up. Whatever I’ve had plenty of room temp pandebonos. Bandeja paisa which is the most typical plate in Colombian cuisine was overpriced. About $4-$6 more than most other places, so I settled for “Calentado” which is a breakfast plate with a lot of similar food items with the exception of chorizo or avocado. And it was about the price of a regular bandeja paisa $15.99.
The food itself tasted great and fresh with the exception of the pandebono. Karaoke on Fridays, sounds like a fun idea but didn’t get to actually see it.

Great Columbian restaurant! Had the Churasco(Steak) was very good with little potatoes(Papa) was delicious. Server Ana was a joy as well as everyone else in the restaurant. Ana made sure all the food was perfect and made the way we asked. If your looking for a good Columbian restaurant be sure to come check this place out. Definitely recommend.

If you are in a hurry to eat don’t come or order take out! They make everything to order, the empanadas were made at a perfect flavor and crisp! The picada was just incredible good and the flavor of the meats perfect. The corn it was mushy, just twisted like can corn with cheese so not worth it. It should be at least grill so it taste like street corn. Service is great and the ambiance is good. Why the 3 stars? On the weekend they charge you 18% gratuity fee regardless if it is a two party table and the prices for a Colombian restaurant are very high! Food is good but common really?

I make this review with the knowledge that reviews can have great power in our community. There are positives and negatives and the positives completely smother the negatives, with a feather pillow. When I walked in there was a language barrier. I asked three times for a table for one and someone who was bilingual came out to help me, the two ladies at the front did not understand me. If you speak Spanish this is obviously a non issue. The meal that I got was absolutely heavenly. The rice was buttery. The pork was perfectly fried and eye-catching. It made my heart happy! The Carne Asada was okay, I will try a different protein next time. The avocado was creamy and ripe. I am not a fan of chorizo, and I devoured the chorizo. I don’t like beans and I can tell you… I’d like to bathe in these beans. The Arepa failed to impress and should not have been sent out. The plate could’ve been brought out when it was ready and a fresh arepa prepared afterwards. It was visibly charred, tasted burnt and plain of flavor. The sangria completely won me over. It is served with a fruit popsicle, a unique take on sangria that I have never before experienced and deeply enjoyed, super fun, with refreshing flavor. In the spirit of honesty, The bathroom was out of soap and the toilet didn’t want to flush. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. I look forward to bringing friends here another time. I hope that this restaurant does well. El Colombiano adds an enjoyable culinary experience to Coral Springs.
I will try it again another time and hopefully be able to change my rating to 5 stars. Look forward to returning.

The service is spectacular and the food is some of the best Colombian food in Florida. We’ve gone for breakfast and lunch and have been blown away by the quality of the food. Being a hispanic household, we have tried several latin restaurants and this one ranks as one of the best.
I suggest the Empanadas, Bandeja Paisa, and Cazuela de Frijoles.
