We ordered food through door dash and this is one of the best places we’ve had delivered. The food was hot and fresh. It was also delicious. They have a huge selection and we were able to get half a sandwich and a baked potato meal and it was perfect!! The turkey club on the crossiant is so good!! Probably going to be a regular place we order from!!

Two words… Comfort Food!! Feeds the soul and warms the heart. I really enjoy their Choose 2 option with a half a McAlister’s Club Sandwich and a cup of soup or chili, but there are other great choices to choose from. Friendly service, good atmosphere, and great food. It gets pretty busy. We arrived around 11:30 and it wasn’t too bad but by noon there was a line of 15 people. They also have larger options, so they’re great for office lunches or meeting to cater. You get your monies worth.

This was my first visit to McAlister’s, and the hype greatly exceeded what I experienced. I went because I am a big fan of GOOD loaded potatoes, and heard that they had some. I order a potato, and then find out it’s the last one they’re making. I literally got the last, bottom of the barrel, potato. This thing was so dry, that little tiny cup of sour cream couldn’t be found once I mixed it in. The butter couldn’t even save it, and the potato was still hot enough to melt it. I don’t think I’ll be back, not for a while.

Go here regularly, generally the service is good and typically the food is good. This last visit was an excellent experience and the food was delicious. The staff have been a lot more friendly and helpful the last two visits we have made.
Wouldn’t recommend the baked potato soup due to it changing dramatically possibly a year ago and is highly watered down with at times large chunks of potatoes. The soup use to be really creamy and delicious with smaller bite sized chunks of potatoes. But their sandwiches, wraps, baked potatoes and even the kids mini pizzas taste great. They have some of the best lemonade anywhere in town.
