I ordered 2 pizzas 4 delivery @ 8:11p. My pizzas didn’t arrive until 9:44p. Both pizzas were barely even warm. I waited so long that I lost my appetite and besides that, I had 2 go 2 bed by 10p 4 work the next morning. I order from this location often. Never had an issue. This is RIDICULOUS!! I DESERVE A REFUND!!!! I will NEVER order from this location 4 delivery again. It will be pickup IF I decide 2 order from them again. Ps, here’s the pics. May LOOK good but wasn’t at all!!

We order all the time and is usually good. But we ordered Saturday night, and I will cut them some slack, I bet they were busy. We called and ordered for delivery and we’re told it will be delivered in 45 minutes. We patiently waited. An hour went pass, and then an hour 1/2, and then 15 more minutes. We decided to call to make sure everything was okay. We waited a few minutes, and then the manager answered, and said that they were waiting for a DoorDash driver since they only had one delivery person, and was kind of rude when she told us. We just decided to pick it up, and since DoorDash didn’t deliver, we would have assumed the delivery fee would be disputed, which it wasn’t. When we got home, the pizza was cold (because it’s been sitting out for over an hour 1/2) and the cheesy bread was burnt. I know businesses sometimes have rough nights, but we could have at least been told that they were using DoorDash and not give us a false estimate time , or else we would have picked it up ourselves.

Ordered their signature Serious Meat pizza minus ground beef & substituted with pineapple. Received email confirmation & went to pick up the order. Gave coupon at the drive thru & rejected coupon stating it was not a signature pizza order. Called & they realized their mistake after my husband waited 10 minutes & left. They offered to remake & go back to get it. NO THANK YOU! You wasted my time & ruined our dinner plans. Never again!

Update: Doordash finally sent me a notice they are picking up my order (note, this was ordered from the store, not doordash). My order was placed at 7:34p ,delivery was supposed to be 8:34p, here it is 9:47p. Cant get through to anyone on the phone at the store to even cancel the order now. If you don’t have the staff to make the deliveries, make sure to at least notify your customer so they are not sitting around waiting on thier food.

There was a 2 1/2 wait for delivery, tried to call to cancel order they never answered the phone. I went to the store in person to cancel, they said they couldn’t find the order but would write it down and issue me a refund. They never canceled the order, so was woke up 2 1/2 hours later by the driver with two cold pizzas!!!

Placed an order at 7:34pm. Delivery time said 8:41pm. My food NEVER arrived. I called 4x’s store didn’t answer. I spoke to 3 different customer reps whom also called store. No Answer. Then I looked at my text messages again and it has ” order canceled ” Why? Who canceled my order? Why won’t they answer? What about the $25.00 I spent for food I never received? I took a screen shot of my money spent and their messages about how to track my order- and then the canceled one too. I need an explanation and a refund asap.
