I just got home with an order: 1 medium gluten free pizza with pepperoni, green peppers, onions, sausage, and roasted garlic with a side Caprese salad with balsamic vinaigrette. The pizza was missing the green peppers and roasted garlic (and the pizza was cold) while the salad came with 3 different dressings, none of which were balsamic. I called to complain about the incorrect order and whomever answered the phone was dismissive and asked me to call back tomorrow when the GM is in the store, essentially passing the buck.

Worst experience ever, I normally use the Fairfield location but on this day i was closer to Hamilton. When I got the pizza home I instantly noticed it was burnt. I called store and asked for manager she never came to the phone, however sent a message with a employee that she know it’s not burnt because she made it…..you all can be the judge ♀️ very ignorant and rude and above all HORRIBLE customer service.

Had a pizza and salad months ago got sick and went to hospital and got C Deff from someone not washing they hands when they made my food and ended up with a stomach virus too with diarrhea for a month and I stood their and watch them make pizzas do paperwork answer phones and no gloves or washing hands …will never eat here again…gross yall need to practice more hand washing and wearing gloves that’s how people get sick yall carrying those germs under yall nails after yall smoke and use bathroom just sick

You call and wait five minutes for them to answer and they hang up on you. If you do get through they have a bad habit of screwing your order up. Staffing problems are a poor excuse. I like their pizza but I wont bother with this store again. Dominoes for the win! They seem happy to take your order and have never screwed one up yet!

This is my all-time favorite pizza!! I’ve loved it since the first day they came out, which I do believe around the Cincinnati area was the ’90’s. I was in middle school and I used to save my lunch money so I could order the personal pizza meal for myself whenever I got home. I fell in love then an I’m still very much in love with them today!! Keep up the great work Donator’s Pizza!!

Came in at 6:30 and ordered a small cheese pizza, 1 sub, and 2 pops. Was told it would be 15-20 minutes. Waited for over 45 minutes with no word about my food. Cashier could not care less about her job. Everyone who came in after us got their pizza. Worst experience ever and will not come back.
