Donato’s on High Street in Hamilton Ohio was busy as could be expected on a Friday night. Staff was overwhelmed due to obvious staffing shortage. Older store design makes issues worse. Make table is in rear of store compounding the bad situation. Food prep worker cannot do some double duty waiting or even welcoming customers. Several customers left after long wait. Multiple dashers were frustrated waiting 20-30 min for food. Our own order was 25 min after online promised time. No menu board. Only video screen only played videos of food without description or prices. Only 1 menu was available and was 6 mo old ratty copy paper version. Store desperately needs hands on experienced supervision. On high note: Pizza was really great.

I was hesitant to try this location based on recent reviews, but I am so glad I did.
The pizza was hot, fresh, cooked to perfection, toppings were top quality, and it arrived well ahead of delivery schedule.
We ordered the Hot Chicken Pizza and the Pepperoni 150. They were amazing. We also ordered the Garlic Asiago bread. It was yeasty, light, cheesy, and delicious.

Worst experience ever, I normally use the Fairfield location but on this day i was closer to Hamilton. When I got the pizza home I instantly noticed it was burnt. I called store and asked for manager she never came to the phone, however sent a message with a employee that she know it’s not burnt because she made it…..you all can be the judge ♀️ very ignorant and rude and above all HORRIBLE customer service.

My first time ever eating Donatos it was ok, but not great. The pizza was cold she did remove the tomatoes because I didn’t read it came with them. I called, and she said it was in the oven .The chicken hoagie was good. I am not sure if I will get it again . I am honestly disappointed. UPDATED I talked to the manager, and I am trying it again this weekend she was very professional and explained what happened. I will update you with pictures and how the food is soon!¡ The food is delicious. Thank you so much. Melinda made it right for me. My salad was so good and I will be back now

Food was burnt, service was poor, and wait was too long. Food was delivered 45 minutes after the estimated delivery time. Called the store twice and was on hold for 20 minutes only to have the phone call end with no answer to my order. Food was delivered while driving to the restaurant to figure out why the food wasn’t delivered. Will continue to dine at Donatos, but not this location.

Update- 11/4/22 nothing has ever been done to make this right. Manager commented that he would contact me but never did.
Ordered a pizza and salad. The pizza was good but cold and had to wait an extra 20 mins for the salad only to get home and have very little lettuce and NO chicken. Tried to call store but there was no answer. Called the 800 number and the man was very nice but said the store manager would not make it right because I paid cash. I’m disappointed because I really like Donatos food.
