I took my daughter there for lunch because she had a Doctor’s appointment. So I wanted to feed her before she went back to school and we got many 10 inch pizzas and they were fabulous. Private hot fresh customer service was outstanding would recommend.

Ordered from this place at my job; and this is what I received. I only ate one slice and another slice of the Asiago bread. It was burnt and not well pleased with the way they gave this to me. I gave them a 10.00 tip on my card, and my coworker tipped in cash. I called and asked for fresh food and or a refund and the manager named Stephanie, refused both. Claiming the over is cooking items darker etc.. I work in hospitality so I try not to be difficult but this was uncalled for and very upsetting even after me tipping what u did. Won’t buy here again.

Stopped in to eat lunch with my girlfriend and the place was really nice and clean. As we were coming in a customer was leaving and an employee was wiping down the table that was just used. We ordered the chicken spinach mozzarella pizza and I highly recommend it. They prepared our food with gloves on and made it fairly fast. They have a great variety on their menu. The employees are very friendly and prompt to help you. We will be back!

Visiting the area and was hungry for pizza. My hotel recommended this place so I had a pizza delivered since we were tied from a day of driving. The order arrived sooner than the estimated time and was still hot and fresh. We had the hot honey pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. They even brought us paper plates and napkins since we were in a hotel which we did not even request. Excellent I’m every way.

Use to be good but slowly declining. Most of the workers seemed upset to be there. They say what they need to say but with attitude.
Clean restaurant but the vibe and atmosphere is depressing. Food is pretty good not amazing but not bad.
This place definitely need some change. Will not be going to this location. Lots of pizza places near by that are way better. And provide better experience.

I know workers are scarce. I know everybody is trying their best. However, how does this get given to a customer? I had this happen last time I ordered with the bread and the same thing tonight. I would be embarrassed if this were my product. The pizza was great but not sure if I’ll ever get bread again. My order was placed 90 minutes ahead of time so there was plenty of time to make this right. Please do better Q&A on your orders.

Pizza was over cooked not flavorful or tasteful. Also called yesterday after placing online order and thought staff was rude who i talked to. Definitely love donatos but this location i been to twice and both times was horrible. I’ll stick to Massillon location and so should others.

Pizza was dry and too salty. I was disappointed. My grandkids recommended them to me. Go figure. Some kids today don’t know what good food (even good pizza) tastes like.
