Three stars for food since donatos pizza is just ok pizza, This review is for the basement, saw Saltwound here and found the venue to be fantastic, booths and seats so you eat a Big Don while watching some guy named Big Don play guitar. The staff are friendly and you can tell there is a genuine love of music with these people, I wish there were more shows at this venue as it’s truly a unique experience and I look forward to my next show here.

The container my meatballs came in had a plastic top that shrunk it seems. I suggest they stop using plastic tops. My meatballs were cold 🙁

I ordered delivery, and I’m not entirely sure which location I ordered from, but I’m fairly confident it was this one. In any case, the pizza probably doesn’t change all that much across locations.
Ordered 90 pizzas the day before the event, the online ordering system is a bit annoying though because you have to add pizzas by 10. If you want a custom pizza, you have to add all the toppings again. I guess that’s not normally a problem, but when catering, it becomes quite annoying.
The pizza was delivered on time in big boxes, all labeled. Pizza was decent, not the best but not terrible. Lots of toppings, crust was alright. Very affordable compared to other places in the city.

I ordered from this location and my order was mixed up with someone else’s, and when i called the store the employee Zach was a great help and got me my order relatively quick and i wasn’t waiting long at all. great service and great solution i will be ordering from this location more often ! The calzato i got was great aswell.

The place always has a great vibe. One staff was so warm that he let me in when it was pouring outside. It has big screens for game day. Donato’s pizza crust is thin and well baked, and wings taste juicy.

Have loved everything about this place for 30 years! A must stop every time I visit Columbus. Glad to see it continues to withstand the constant demolition of High Street. Pepperoni, sausage and onion is one of the greatest combinations you can get there.
