I’d compare this place to a Blaze Pizza. The all meats pizza was fantastic, and the wings were good too (tasted a lot like BWW’s). If dining in, place your order at the counter and they will bring your food to your table (grab your drink at the fountain). If we’re ever back in the area we’re definitely visiting this place again!

Pizza was good, but wasn’t ready for 20 minutes after quoted time. Ordered online, arrived and was told it would be just a few minutes. A Customer came in after, ordered on site, and it was ready before our online order was.

Came here for a dine in dinner tonight. When we arrived, there was no one in the dining room but it looked like the dining room wasn’t cleaned all day. Trash on half of the tables, all over the floor, sticky tables and chairs and the bathrooms were very dirty. In the men’s restroom there was what looked to be dried pee on the floor by the toilet, no TP at all, sink, toilet bowl and floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a couple weeks. The food is good but is expensive. Avoid dining in at this restaurant. This will be one of if not the dirtiest dining rooms you will eat in.

I ordered the chicken ranch with hardwood smoked bacon. I got a sub with several pieces of chicken, some sort of white sauce that didn’t taste anything close to a ranch dressing, the hardwood bacon was chunks of fatty ham. I left half the sub untouched. Very upset with myself for not asking for my money back. This used to be our favorite go- to place in Independence. Not anymore.

This is the best Donatos in the Nky/ Cincinnati area. The pizza is always made the right Donatos way and the customer service is great. The GM of this place does a great job. Kudos.

My daughter and I have ordered food from this location several times and we haven’t received any food that wasn’t good! The staff is awesome and although they may be short staffed they are still friendly! Definitely recommend!

I have ordered twice from this location. The first time I got a large with extra cheese, pepperoni and beef and there was barely any cheese or toppings on it and it was cold by the time I got to the car. The second time I got the same exact thing and it was nice and cheesy and hot. For the price of Donato’s pizza it should be made right every time. First experience 1 star, second experience 5 stars = 3 stars. Haven’t given up on them yet.

We order here quite often and like the pizza most the time. The only issue I tend to have is when I call in to order I feel like I’m bothering them. I would place order online but we are not in area that will allow it. I wish they would get our neighborhood linked in delivery area so I can order online. I do appreciate them delivering just wish the individual on the line were more aware of how to talk to customers.

I ordered pizza to be delivered the next day. I stressed to the person on the phone that the pizza needed to be delivered promptly at 10:30. The rep told me it wouldn’t be a problem. I paid for the delivery the day before. The pizza did not arrive on time. I called and the rep told me that he didn’t have an order for 10:30. I was very upset because we only get 25 minutes to eat. He ended up figuring out they had my delivery was scheduled for 10:30 pm. It was being delivered to a school. I told him we obviously wouldn’t be in school at 10:30 pm. They ended up bringing it later in the day on our break. Which wasn’t when I wanted it. He really never apologized and said it was an honest mistake. I understand it was an honest mistake, but a sincere apology and/or credit would have been nice. The pizza arrived about 10-15 minutes early and it was warm/cool at best. I am a very dissatisfied customer!
