This was our first visit to Donatos and we were so impressed! The food was delicious … the pizza had that perfect crispy crust that made every bite so satisfying, the meatballs were hearty and flavorful, and the breadsticks and cheesy bread were warm and tasty with just the right amount of garlic! We also love that they have a drive-through, which makes it so convenient. Great food and the girl at the window was very personable… plus our order was ready in 15 minutes on a Saturday night… we’ll definitely be back!
Sorry for the half eaten food… wasn’t going to do a review, but after we ate, we thought other people deserve to know about this place!

I have finally found a place that knows how to make a personal-sized thin-crust carnivore-worthy pizza! What’s more, they manage to consistently cook it without it becoming a greasy mess. Most of all, the food and the staff have been consistent which is always a good sign. Lots of fresh meats, price is correct for the value that I feel I’m getting. Drinks are a little high but that’s everywhere trying to keep the doors open. Looking forward to my next slices!

This place is newer and very close to home. Their thin crust is really tasty. I love their hot honey pepperoni pizza! The works is also a favorite. The lobby is always clean and employees are friendly. Service is quick but never rushed. This is a new favorite for my family. Bonus.. they have a nice patio to enjoy the spring weather.

My husband bragged about how good the pizza was at this place. While he was getting a haircut a couple doors down my adult daughter, granddaughter and I decided to stop in for our first time and order dinner so we could eat when he was done.
We went in and it looked as if you ordered at the counter to order your food and grab and seat at a table while you wait for your food. We grabbed a couple of paper menus and looked over the variety of pizza options while we waited in someone (Riley) to come take our order. We actually ended up letting someone go ahead of us since we took a bit longer to decide.
I told Riley I wanted a meat pizza – I don’t recall the name. She just looked at me then looked at my daughter. So my daughter said she wanted whatever pizza she saw on the menu. Riley then asked if we were gonna tell her what sizes we wanted. I told her that it was our first time and we needed some help while I was looking down scanning the menu for the sizes my daughter caught her mocking me. My daughter then said that was rude. I then looked up to see what happened, Riley walked away and never came back. 20′ in a restaurant, I never tasted the food and I’ll never go back and neither will my husband. Riley should find another job that doesn’t involve working with customers.
I asked for the general managers phone number. I was given an email address.

Can anyone say, HORRIBLE?!!!!! We ordered our dinner ($50) from Donatos, calzones, wings and dessert, for a special dinner, which we dont get because of limited income. The food should have been tossed in the garbage. It was BURNT, COLD, AND THERE WAS NO FILLING – CHEESE, MEAT, OR VEGGIES IN ANY of the calzones and the wings were also cold and hard as a rock to the feel. We can’t afford to throw away food especially on our budget this was suppose to be a celebration for a few of the family and I was embarrassed and horrified at such poor quality from a pizza establishment. The calzones were not actually calzones, they were made with a pizza crust folded in half with only sauce inside them. Wings looked like they were a day or two old and they tried to save money by reheating them. We ended up having peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Not very special for a celebration. Too costly to throw out but thats exactly what we did. WILL NOT ORDER FROM DONATOS EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE!

I took away my poor review of this location, a while back, because there seemed to be improvement …but I have to come back and leave a poor review. I have to mention more than once I’ve gotten the email my pizza is on the way when it really hasn’t been. Today no email, was trying to be gracious, but 50 minutes after ordering and still no email, “It has left the building.” I call and supposedly my order was lost in the computer somewhere… then when I finally do get my delivery, my sides, my drink and no pizza, had to call back a second time was told they’re remaking pizza. 40 minutes had passed since my phone call and thought about calling a third time and then finally my lukewarm pizza showed up. This is my hometown pizza. I wish this location would do better. The one out west has always been great. Just happens this one’s closer to my home, and the mistakes have added up.

I haven’t tried any of the pizzas here, but my oh my their sandwiches are good. Pretty hard to beat for the price. Both their hot chicken and meatball subs are delish and both for less than $9. Takes less than 10 minutes for them to cook it too.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, thin crust, and 12 boneless wings. The wings came less than what was ordered, but the restaurant fixed the issue right away. The food was very delicious and hot. The wings pictured are the replacement. Excellent food and staff.

Excellent pizza, calzones and wings. Great quality thin & thick crust pizza. I particularly liked the calzone, the crust was not as thick as others and that really enhanced the cheese and filling ingredients. Highly recommended!
