Latin-inspired bakery/cafe doling out pastries, empanadas, sandwiches & other eats.

Always clean, super attentive service. In and out, perfect for the morning rush. Nothing like the gossipy servers at other Latin bakeries, Don Pan is a breath of fresh air and they have pastries from all over Latin America. Keep up the good work!

Horrible service, these employees don’t know anything about good customer service. I ordered a colada and they gave me a cup full of cafe con leche. That’s not what I ordered and when I called the lady didn’t offered anything for the mistake THEY DID

Pretty nice location. I went there today to buy a Pan de Jamón. Worst pan de jamón I’ve ever taste in a very long time… it looks like it’s been sitting there for days and they didn’t care to sell it anyways. $30 lost.

Sad how this place used to be a good representation of Venezuelan traditional food, but that was 25 years ago,I have see after the new administration took over, the decline of service and quality of food they serve now,and the ridiculous price for a Cachito or Empanadas,on top of that the arepas are frozen, and defrostedGod know how long that Arepa was made, tasted like robber, the black beans cold white low cost cheese and the staff,if you ask for extra butter you get a bad look no smiles for a sec, just a long ugly face, from a personal that thinks it better because knowing the menu, but really hate to work there, hope this get be reed by the Rujano Sisters!

Ive been going t this location for a couple years now. Sometimes for a quick bite, often times placing an order for Latin breakfasts on a Sat morning to enjoy at home with family. Service has always been good. I have to say, this last Sat they blundered my order and didnt realize till I got home. I came back, they immediately apologized and took accountability of the issue and expeditiously corrected it. That all I can ask, no excuses, just taken care of with a smile and due diligence. Ill be back again this Sat!

Decent coffee. My only complaint is that they charge a 3.5% fee if you use a credit card. These types of fees used to be absorbed by businesses as part of the cost of doing business, but now they are all greedy. I probably won’t go back for this reason.

We went around 4:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon 4/5/25. We like the furniture. It’s cozy and homey. The food is meh ..my family ..we all got empanadas and and they were all cold. We didn’t know we have to ask to warm them. There was another customer nearby that told us you have to ask. It would be nice like other places to just give it to us warm without asking. Why would we want to eat cold empanadas?? Makes it look like you’re trying to save electricity. Secondly, it was expensive as hell, so warming it up for us would make it more worth spending $4-5 on Venezuelan and Argentinian empanadas. The lady wasn’t exactly warm and friendly. I never saw a smile. If you have a camera there, you will see your arms were crossed leaning up against her counter while she waited for us to order. We have to call her up and ask her what the empanadas were. Maybe you should put a little sign showing what each food is so that we don’t have to ask what they are. When she brought them to our table, which was actually nice, she didn’t tell us what they were. I had to take the tray and ask her what each one was again. She rolled her eyes or like looked up before telling me, but I understand the frustration of having to tell us again, but she probably shouldn’t have rolled her eyes because isn’t this her job? And it wasn’t even like really busy or anything. $30 for 4 empanadas,2 diet Coke cans, and a cortadito. I think warming up the empanadas without being asked could make the $30 not sting so much in these hard times. By the way they don’t have any Cuban empanadas. The Venezuelan one is made of corn and the Argentinian one is made of wheat. The Argentinian ham and cheese, In addition to being cold, had like no cheese in it, cuz I couldn’t taste or see it, and very little ham. It looks bigger than what it is. I know you blow air in it to make it puff bigger but you really should put more cheese in it because I couldn’t taste it I’m more ham. The amount was ridiculous for the price. It felt like I was duped.

The food is great, fresh baked bread, but the attention is bad, they don’t put atención to the client they’re chatting with the coworkers while a customer is waiting. No coming back to this place
