My husband asked for our bacon to fried hard, but the bacon look like it was put on the grill and quickly took it off. And wanted ham added to my bacon omelette, but I haven’t found any ham yet. No butter was added to those stiff grits. It wasn’t crowded or busy so I don’t understand why our order was messed up. So disappointed ☹️.

My friends and I was there last night and there was bugs in our food and we brought it to their attention. They took the food with the bus and asked did we want anything else we said no of course. We asked to speak to management as well and we’re denied n given a take hotline number. Then the cook says the previous cook left the grits out so he didn’t know about the bugs yet he still served it. And we refused to pay but was forced to still pay for a meal with bugs in it the waiter took $3.50 off the order for bugs in food. I’m contacting the Health department. Its a violation of the health code law in ga. I have proof of the incident but they snatched the food before I could take a photo of the bugs. Little black bugs small as pepper almost. Id like to be reached out to from someone in corporate for this store.i will also be consulting with a lawyer in ga business health department for your restaurant to be inspected. Absolutely unprofessional and disgusting and we are both sick from the incident throwing up n extreme stomach aches. This will not be accepted

The local Waffle House’s are lucky. i use to eat at the local “3 Squares Diner’s” but, they sold to new people and as you would expect, they decided to change what is good, and now they aren’t any more. So, i no longer eat there. So, local Waffle Houses are lucky, lucky, lucky.

I went in today for to go order. Customer service was negative 0 for it to be so early around 9:20 a.m did was disgusting grits had a smell and so stiff , pork chops was tough and very much light skinned wasn’t done, bag my order up as so no condiments at all no utensils to eat with nor napkins when I ask for it she replies we don’t have any utensils provided 1 butter and jelly .. I couldn’t eat it at and plan on taking it back when I get off work.. waste my break time and money and phone doesn’t allow you to call and speak with someone
