The variety of items on their menu is almost unmatched locally. Prices are similar, if not less than any other Taco/Taqueria around — considering inflation. Food is good. Is it the best? No mames… this is Utah county, not the southern side of the border.

Best breakfast burritos in Provo. Excellent price. You can get a bacon breakfast burrito before 10 on weekdays for $3.89. Can’t beat that anywhere. Burritos are huge too. Super underrated place in Provo. Hidden gem in my opinion.

PROS: this place is similar to betos, but a bit cheaper and tastes different but equally good. The nacho fries (pictured below) were like $9 and it was a hefty meal. I’d say Don Chuy’s is a bit fresher than other “cheaper” Mexican restaurants. The chimichangas are also next level.

Best al pastor tacos in the valley and one of the few places that still include pineapple. Very generously priced, even delivered (always include their great hot sauces and aren’t shy with the cilantro/onion & thinly sliced radishes). I can’t praise them enough.
