Service at most is subpar. Pizza is good. Online ordering is always crashing. Phone rings for 10 minutes. I really wanted this to be a hit and we have given this many opportunities given that they are still fairly new but I just can’t give the new excuse anymore. Do yourself a favor and just get pizza somewhere else an avoid headache and wait.

The first time we got pizza here, we ordered for pick up. Wasn’t too bad, though their tracker is not accurate at all. Ended up having to wait 15 minutes longer after it said it was ready as the lady at the front said it was just put in the oven.
The second time, we ordered delivery. We ordered at 4:11pm, order was accepted at 4:15pm. Estimated time of delivery 39 – 54 minutes, which was fine. But the tracker shows the pizza didn’t even go in the oven until 5:11pm and then we didn’t even get our pizza until 5:57pm. 2 hours for a pizza we couldn’t even really eat because it was so greasy that the pizza dough was soft and fell apart as soon as we picked it up.
Needles to say, we tried it out and it’s just not for us. The people were very nice though!!

Pizza was fresh and yummy! Customer service was top notch. We will for sure be going back anytime we need a quick pizza pick up for supper.

About a week ago, I walked in and ordered two pizzas for a party. Everyone liked them, so I decided to order via the website tonight and have it delivered. I’m sure the pizzas ~would have been delicious, if they hadn’t sat in the warmer for 50 minutes before being delivered to my house (less than 2 miles away).

Online update says order put in oven at 7:42pm
Online update says came out of the oven at 7:50pm
Was not delivered to my house until 8:41pm, after I had called the store around 8:30pm to confirm it was even going to be delivered!
I understand they didn’t have very many drivers, but maybe this location should be pick-up only? Or at least have an accurate estimate on the website for how long delivery will take.
I might buy pizza from this location again, but NEVER for delivery!!!!

Great food, good time management! Ive ordered a couple of times from Dominos & its always been ready so fast I had to rush out the door. I live on Eielson, and by the time I had ordered my pizza and got to north pole it was already ready.
I see a lot of negative reviews mainly based around New Years Eve orders during one of the worst cold snaps Alaska has had since the 80’s. So take that in mind when looking at the negative folks. Food has always been great, hot, and correct to order.

I was so excited when I saw to we were opening a dominos in North Pole. First time we ordered it was for pick up. I waited an additional 30 minutes past the tracker time in store. This time we ordered delivery and it has been 2.5 hours and it still has not arrived. The store is less than a mile from me. I watched the tracker and “Austin” left the store with my pizza and took it all the way to Moose creek with other deliveries. Then down Hurst Rd, then back to the store (I think?) and it still has yet to be delivered.
Thin crust pizza had full flop when it arrived. I understand being busy, but why did my pizza go on a world tour before arriving?

Delivery driver called to verify my address then was told my exact address in which he stated, he knew that house then proceeded to state “do you want your food?” ” You can walk to meet me at the other address then.” Then I had to walk to meet this man in the roadway 2 blocks from my house at 9pm in 0° weather to retrieve my own food. 0/10 service hire better staff.

I made an order with lava cake. Receive a call saying they are out of lava cake and I said to go ahead and just drop it off the order. They cancelled the whole entire order and charged me full price for three medium one topping pizzas roughly 20 bucks each. They should have been 7.99 each considering the first order had althe mix and match coupon. The phone call itself was odd. There was a lot of silence on their end so I had to ask them what the problem was and tell them how to fix it.
