I always pass by their food truck today I decided to stop I am glad I did. I got the three Birria tacos with no vegetables with sauce on the side. The meat was tender juicy and fresh the sauce was good neither were spicy. The workers are friendly and the food truck is clean.

Dare I say… the best Al Pastor over both Los Gauchos and Los Agavez…. However, they were charging heavily for the deliciousness $14 for 3.
Went back later because daughters were hungry. They will serve one taco for $4.50 as well.

A little expensive for a food truck, but the food was excellent. I only say that because you can get the same at a sit down Restaraunt with free chips and salsa, a chair to relax in and most importantly A/C or heat while you wait for your food to cook. Again, the food was excellent, but expect to spend the same amount as at a sit down.

I can not say enough about this food truck. My 1st experience was through DoorDash for lunch- I DROVE to the truck to order the same thing for the rest of the family!!! FF》 a little over a year now and WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Full Disclosure: I have only had the food truck but my husband, w/the chef’s palate, tells me the restaurant doesn’t pack as much flavor. Also, the young man at the window and the chef who worked with him 8/14/24 – whenever they work I know my food is going to be amazing! Not sure why that is, but when I don’t see them in the truck, I keep driving.
They always prepare our food with love and care and it really comes through in the food!!!! TIP THESE GENTLEMEN PEOPLE!! Food is phenomenal.

Birra taco for years now today I asked for one. We don’t do that here and I asked for a ex sauce 1.00 now what is going on here. That up set me to the T a bit. Food still on point but service nah. Little guy with the glasses at the window was super rude. I came to pick up an order and said “I’m here to pickup a DoorDash order” and he said “whaaaaaattttt” with his face all screwed up. I spoke louder and slower, so he could understand, and he said “It’s okay I not give to you anyway” and did something with his little hand. Super rude 2 minute interaction. Do not recommend.

Decided to give Zapatas a try and boy was I impressed! The birria burrito and steak quesadilla were amazing! All ingredients were super fresh and tasted great! I will definitely be going back!
