My food was really bad. My Philly cheese steak sandwich as hard and burnt, so as my cheesy bread. I am so disappointed with my food. I tip the delivery guy $10 and my food was $27+ for it to be so bad. I don’t think I will order from you guys anymore.

I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizza for curbside pick up. I arrived at 1216 to the location and followed the instructions for curbside pickup. At 1229, no one from the store had brought out the order. I walked inside and noticed 1 employee folding box’s. She said welcome to dominoes and kept folding box’s. Another employee came out the back and said ” did you already order?”. I responded I’m here to pick up a curbside order that has been ready since 1216. He gave me the order and the receipt said the order has been ready since 1215. I also left a tip online however, the receipt said I did not tip but I was still charged for it. Do the employees not see online order tips for curbside pickup because it didn’t show on the receipt. There was no customers in the store when I went in. The staff seemed to be bothered that I walked in at all. Thankfully I will not be returning to this location. Food is great but the people, not so much.

The website stated that there was no delivery to the hotel we were staying at, even though the pizza place was less than 1 mile from our hotel. We drove over to pick up our medium pizza and a salad that cost $37.00. We had to call to get the pizza brought to our car, and we went back home. We ordered a medium pizza with a salad. We ordered pizza with ham, mushrooms and pineapples. The pizza had jalapeños on it. The salad was to expire tomorrow. I wanted balsamic vinger dressing and received ranch. WHY? It was so difficult to get what we wanted and they ruined our dinner because of not providing what we ordered. I will never go to this store ever again. They cost too much and they get the orders wrong.

Gross gross gross. Ordered an extra cheese and extra sauce pizza and it was dry, burnt AND cold. How lazy do you have to be to mess pizza up that bad..? I’m not the type to make reviews usually but this experience was terrible. We hadn’t ordered for months because the last couple times we ordered it was about the same. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s always gross.

Omg I’m pissed! Tatiana(may be misspelled) must not be feeling it tonight. I ordered 1 large pepperoni and provolone cheese pizza and 1 medium beef and provolone cheese pizza. There is no provolone cheese on this large pepperoni pizza and even if there was, it would have been over cooked anyway. I thought the pizza was supposed to be baked, not dehydrated! How could anyone in their right mind believe that this pizza is decent enough to serve? Come to think of it, I believe that this(pepperoni) is an old pizza they had already lying around and decided to save time and give to me. I am seriously disappointed with you guys tonight. When Kaj makes my food, it is beautifully done. He is superb! I order here at least bi-weekly, I order the same toppings every time……… I’m calming down now and I believe in second chances so I dont want Tatiana in trouble, just please make my pizza as if I was your friend. I like dominos and respect all workers. Its not like I’m gonna stop ordering here, maybe it was just an off night. Please maybe have Kaj teach his techniques, he is the Standard of great pizza making! This pepperoni pizza is going in the trash, though. The medium beef pizza was so-so. 2.2/5 but we ate it.

Okay so there were two problems on this pizza.
The first one doesnt matter as much to me because it’s only a “Cut”. I ordered it to be in a pie cut not square but she mistakenly cut it in square. I was cool and don’t mind it at all.
But the second one happened when I looked at my order. I specifically requested “EXTRA” meat and believe it or not, Domino’s “CHARGED” me extra for the meat. I was cool and decided to pay almost 2 dollar extra for it. But guess what, when I opened it, I saw it, I immediately felt super disappointed. When the dude asked the girl if she put extra meat, there was a second delay on her answer and she proceeded to say “Yes”, even though I knew she probably ‘DIDNT READ’ the instruction clearly. She already missed the “CUT”, it only makes sense that she would miss the ‘EXTRA MEAT’ on the pizza.
I know I ordered it through a 7.99 coupon (ended up paying almost 11 bucks) but if you guys are so petty about a coupon order and Im complaining about the competence of the worker over something so simple, then you guys are better shut down the business. There is a reason why Quality Checks are required. Dont take night shift if it disrupt your work focus.

Easy to pickup, the place is super clean. I don’t like that I’m being asked about the atmosphere persay, it’s definitely not a place to sit down and enjoy time, no easily viewable bathroom from my perspective. The tables are small and the place is not big enough to warrant that. But overall the staff are amazing and the food was perfectly hot. Love it.
