Had issues with online ordering- but then also got an email with confirmation saying my order would take 37-52 minutes. We called the store after 40 minutes when it had not even made it to the ‘prep’ phase on the tracker. They told us it would be another 45 minutes. We wanted to give dominos another shot. So many pizza places and this is the closest to us but just not great. Under sauced, cheese was just so so, and the dough crust was good but everything else was bland. Got pineapple jalapeño chicken too and it was slimy and not great texture (flavor was ok though. Less cheese and crispier would make them good). Only plus was the worker that was up front this evening. She was polite, friendly and had a big smile. She had just dealt with two customers in a row that didn’t speak English well and were on their phones while ordering, which could have been frustrating for her but she was so patient. Wish I got her name to shout her out. Sorry dominos. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Placed an order at 5:16 pm. email said that wait time was about 67-82 min. At 6:21 got a text saying the driver was on the way, they were in fact not on the way. My order did not get here until 9 pm which is 20 minutes later than the second text they sent me saying that the order was on the way. Now I understand there is snow and that causes delays, but when they send a text and it doesn’t arrive for another 2 1/2 hours!!! That’s just not right, should’ve gotten a text or phone call from them instead of having to call (with no answer). Pizza is obviously cold and everyone is hangry. DO NOT recommend.
