If I could give no stars I would they continuously make mistakes and don’t care! Can never get through on the phone to an actual person. Ordered pizza for square cut and got both! Instead of remaking it they passed it off… figaros in town doesn’t do this!

Was ignored by the person at the register when I walked in for a pick up order. She had 3 inch fingernails. During a break in her conversation with another employee, I said hello and that I was there for a pickup order. She started doing something on the computer. I though she was helping me but turns out she was doing something else. I was about to ask if there was a problem with my order when she finally went to get it. When she handed me my order, I said thank you. She replied with “Yeah”. Not a “Sure thing! Kind of yeah. More of a “Why are you even here?” Kind of yeah. After all that, my pizza was missing a topping and very scarce on the other one. Won’t be returning to this particular store.

Wasn’t bad for awhile. Now something is wrong with every order. Check your order the moment you get it. Don’t except a credit for later. It won’t justify the frustration you’ll experience. Otherwise, its regular Dominos pizza and they are as quick as can be.

My guys food was fine my pizza I asked for extra sauce got no sauce when I called took about 25 minutes for someone to pick up she apologized but didn’t attempt to rectify the mistake. Update I called next day and they fixed it so I was satisfied. Ok today I decided to use their $5.99 carry out special so I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas at $5.99 each with 1 cup garlic sauce and 1 cup marinara sauce which on their website says there 50 cents a piece got charged 75 cents a piece the total price should have been $13.48 we were charged $15.48 so they charged us for the $6.99 delivery deal nobody seems to know what there doing the pizza was good but still don’t like being over charged for a service of delivery when it was carry out

Called to make order and only said they had delivery called 10 minutes later after putting in delivery order 5 minutes before and then they said their driver went home and they turned their oven off. It was 10:50. What a joke.

The corporate office off-shores its customer service call center, and those reps misrepresent themselves as being in-store employees and will even take your order/credit card info despite your local store being closed (without telling you the store is closed – they just told us that the Dominos online ordering system was down) – when I called the store manager the next day to lodge a complaint, he said he was giving us a “Sorry Card” to use on a future order, but we were then told no such card was available when we went in to pick it up. Items are often missing from the orders or the order is incorrect, and sometimes the pizza and bread are doughy and undercooked. We were so excited for a local Dominos store, but after multiple disappointments in the short life of this store, we will be looking at other pizza options going forward.

Did a call in order. That was dumb. They have someone not there get your order. Didn’t know prices at all .started off LG. Chicken BBQ and 2 litter pop. 48.00 really, so they said will give you a discount 25 cents, really… then they said ok 38.00 Said I’ll pay when I get there . They said 20 min. So I went there they didn’t order it I had to and wait 20 min. And the price was only 27.00 so who’s trying to get extra money?
