The food was disgusting, didn’t taste good and I thought since I waited sooo long for it, it would have tasted fresh. Completely wrong! Hot wings had no sauce and were cold, cinnamon bread was soooo old and they forgot the icing. The pizza was not good at all, and you really can’t go wrong with pepperoni pizza but oh well. Lesson learned!

Most of this was burnt or stuck to the bottom so like 3 tbs were able to be eaten. That being said it wasn’t even close to where it should have been. The last time we ordered I asked my husband if he had left a tip and the lady shouts from across the parking lot “No”. I felt that was rude. I was going to call in and leave one if he hadn’t. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve done that. That said I could get over my issues but reading everyone else’s complaints I won’t be back

The issue I encountered with my order revolves around the automated payment method / software. I had to give card info and then get transfered to an automated system where I had to provide card data already provided. Why? Just a strange process and will not consider in the future until that changes. Thanks.

Called to ask very simple questions about delivery and each time the “manager” Andrew was combative and condescending ultimately turning me off from ordering at all from here. I called Pizza Hut and had a very pleasant experience. Ordered from them instead.

Absolutely horrible service! Ordered then called back an hour later to check the status and was told they had no record of our order after they took my credit card information. The person that took the order seemed like she could not comprehend simple instruction on how to place order she could’ve been New who knows!.When I called to inform them The person that claimed to be the manager was so unhelpful and argumentative, no sense of customer service. He refused to give me his name or the name of the employee they took my order. He took no responsibility for the mistake or make things right.
