(before and after pictures) i’ve always ordered from dominos in the past and had a great experience but this time when i ordered the chicken alfredo pasta, it was terrible. the pasta was super dry and there wasn’t even any sauce at all! of course i called in and told them that it was super dry and they said they could remake it which would take an additional 30 minutes or so. i’m still super irritated. if you guys have something wrong with your order, make sure to always call and tell them to remake it or get a refund.

Was bummed that they messed up my order. I ordered the pasta primavera. I was in the mood for veggies only. When my husband came home I opened it an found lots of bacon, instead of the tomatoes. He did call and they put a credit on our account.

Food came 1 hour after ordering, it was cold. Kept because we are starving but even 1 slice is completely a burned bubble and my kids only eat cheese. Of course it so happened to be one of their pieces. Paid 28 for 2 medium pizzas and a supposed 1.95 liter soda since they didnt have a 2 liter we got 3 20 oz. Plus tip. Kind of unhappy with my choice in dinner tonight.

Not sure what exactly happened here tonight but it was an absolute disaster. We placed a delivery order by phone at 6:10pm, by 7:21pm we still hadn’t received our order so we called to see what was up. The GM answered and let us know the driver somehow ended up at the Motel 6 and not our house and offered to deliver us the same hour plus old pizzas. We repeated our home address, explained the location, and requested they remake and send us new ones. At 8:13pm we still hadn’t received our order and so I called again. This time the GM said they couldn’t find our house and didn’t have a phone number to call us. Despite having given the address twice, they had the completely wrong house number. I’ve called and ordered from this location on numerous occassions from the same number and they have always had our information so I have no idea why they would suddenly not have any phone number or address. The GM was obviously irritated and pretty rude, saying the reason they had the wrong house number was our own fault because we were “too busy arguing”. Having worked in fast food myself for several years, I tend to go above and beyond to be polite and respectful when ordering food or calling with questions/complaints, and I don’t think asking for something to be remade is an unreasonable request. In the end we canceled the order and asked to be refunded. Based on the attitude of the GM at that point, I didn’t feel comfortable accepting any food from this location.

A solid couple rips and usually after a surf-sesh, this place always comes in clutch ‍ never fails and will always take my money any day of the week>>> once came in tripping balls, cashier knew what was up and had me out the door with pizza in hand, a kiss good bye, and left me feeling nothing but the shakes from borderline climaxing at how fast I got my pizza. 2nd & last time ordering. Both times food was missing. 1st time missing food came quickly. 2nd time it took 2.5 hours & by that time dinner was over so it got sent back along with the missing dipping sauces.. Mgr Brian said he’d give credit & to call in. Called in & spoke to Maleek at 3pm Sunday. Rude. Sounded like he was insinuating we weren’t telling the truth. No credit. Has to call Brian & others to figure it out. Never returned call.

I placed a $40 order online to end up not receiving my order in my hands. When I spoke to the manager, Malik, he did provide me with options, however insinuated that I was lying about not receiving my order because his driver said he delivered to the right location… I don’t know too many Janaee’s in this area but why would I lie about food? Especially when I have to provide a number and the name of the apartment… which clearly was not taken into consideration. I know for a fact that the driver who delivered my food wouldn’t even be able to tell me if he gave me my food. The manager was also very rude to my mother when she called acting as if I was screaming at him on the phone. Like who literally buys food to lie and say they never received it? I will never be ordering from this place again.
