I placed a carryout order for a large pizza through the Domino’s app, which indicated it would be ready in 10–15 minutes. To be courteous and realistic, I arrived about 20 minutes later. The in-store monitor showed my order as “ready,” but when I approached the counter, I was told—rather dismissively—that my pizza hadn’t even been started and would require an additional 20–25 minutes. As I pointed out the discrepancy on the monitor, another employee removed my name from the screen without explanation.
Because I had already paid, I chose to wait inside. After roughly 30 more minutes, I checked in again and was told to continue waiting until they called me. In total, I waited nearly an hour for a single large pizza. Throughout the process, the staff displayed unprofessional behavior and an unwelcoming attitude.
When I finally got home, I discovered the pizza was made incorrectly. After such a long and frustrating wait, I didn’t bother returning to have it remade.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope the location addresses both its service issues and order accuracy moving forward.

Ordered a pizza was quoted a 10 minute delivery window. No one showed up didnt see or hear from the driver and closed my order. called the store back to see what happened. I was told the driver tried to call and canceled order. checked door cam and no one was even by!

I really feel like I have to leave an amazing comment for this store! it’s kind of a diamond in the rough. I have made several orders over the months and have have had NO issues with any of my previous pizzas or the time frame everything have to be made in and delivered. Customer service has always been great and their customer care is everything/outstanding. Actually I don’t know who I was privileged to have spoken with on the phone. If she was the manager or not, but she has amazing customer service and called to follow up with me because she was making sure that everything was going good with us as customers and our order. I had accidentally hit one star in trying to hit the back button on the app. Amazing customer service and customer care, great workers and our family greatly appreciates all you making our pizza and your hard work, sincerely thank you. God bless you guys!

My son and I came there to pick up the order that was ready. My son was literally standing there in front of the cashier station. I was sitting down waiting patiently for a few minutes, then I started to realize what kind of service does this store has even though I knew the staff knew we were there. No other customers were there at the time. I know they were busy, but at least say something. Without any “Hi, I’ll be there with you.” or “Welcome, can you give me a sec, I’ll be right there with you.” I got up and asked for service, waved at them, eye to eye still..no nothing, they acted like they all deaf and blind. I then had to scream, “Excuse me, could anyone help me?” A few of them were giggling, they were very, very rude, unprofessional, impolite! This location needs to get new manager to train his/her staff with some customer service.

The staff were not friendly. They didn’t even say “hi, we will be right with you.” 2 staff noticed I was standing there for up to 5 minutes without saying hello. I had to ask for service. I didn’t even feel like ordering anymore after this treatment. I would not go back there again no matter how I like Dominos.

Bad service worst customer service. the manager does not know how to handle a situation she needs more training on haw to handle customers. In the 10 minutes I was there to pick up my order they had an issue with every single customer with their order. Never going there back again. According to the manager if you place an order online it’s corporates fault for any orders placed online. I thought they have a dominos logo on that store which means they represent the company. They shouldn’t be taking orders online if they are not ready to take responsibility for any orders online.

The staff during night shift does not maintain the hygiene and he wasn’t gloves during prep. After we saw them he wore gloves rapidly. Never buy food from them. The lady was so rude . At the end, We cancelled our order..

What a debacle. I ordered my pizza 3 and a 1/2 hours early and it was still 15 minutes late. I asked them to bring plates which they forgot. I Ordered a pepperoni sausage and an all meat pizza and they sent me 2 pepperoni and sausage pizzas but if you go online to complain they don’t actually fix the problem they just offer you a coupon what a joke….
