Driving along and we saw this grill and just had to stop. What a great spot and it’s out in the country. Kind of a locals spot. We loved it. Very charming and a sort of a Mayberry feel about it. Clean and everyone friendly. Great menu as well. I had a fried bologna sandwich and wife had BLT. Awesome. I recommend you make a special trip just to visit. The countryside around the grill is beautiful. I highly recommend. Cash or check only.

So do not eat here if you plan on your waitress messes up the order and places the food in front of the wrong person. Then charge the patron for her mistake. Not good..do the right thing even when God isn’t watching. Her mistake cost us not her. Young girl probably family…first and last time ever eating there. Wasn’t even that good. Tri County way better..hands down…

Can’t say a bad thing about this place. In the fall they got the best soup you could ask for. All year round the food is delicious. Anytime we are in the area we make sure to stop here and eat. Down home cooking. Very friendly service. Priced just right. FYI: they don’t take debit/credit cards. ATM is located inside. Bring cash. It’s a great place to bring the whole family. I highly recommend stopping here if your in the area.

I really wanted to love this place. It is what you would expect from a roadside restaurant. Cute, country charm and clean. Very friendly staff……but….but….the food was just not good. We ordered the omelet and was very disappointed. It lacked flavor, cheese and real eggs. It was some kind of powdered egg crap. The gravy for the biscuit tasted like they used grease that was really old. I was disappointed because after walking in we had high hopes.

I can only speak for what I had today. My first and only time here. Had a double cheeseburger tray ALL THE WAY (mustard,chili,slaw and onion) and I can say that the chili was worse than any store brand can chili I’ve ever eaten. It ruined the whole burger.

One of the best BLT’s and the Onion chips were exceptionally good. Everything was good except I ask the waitress to bring a small amount of unsweetened tea and I never got it. I brought it to her attention as she took my money. They were not busy at all……
