We’ve been ordering from this Dominos store in Concord since 2015. We have enjoyed so many wonderful pizzas and excellent service right up until 2022. But something changed this year. Every order is missing something. And not something immaterial such as a tableware set or dipping sauce. Major things like no sauce on a pizza. No cheese on a pizza. No toppings, etc. Obvious things. Things that make it no longer a pizza. If you call the store to get help, the staff is overly concerned with proving you wrong and getting to their next order. Clearly, neither quality nor loyalty mean anything to this new staff. It is a passing of an era. Oh well, off to find another pizza provider.

horrible food got hard bell pepper that I literally thought was a stick that I was choking on! and the cheese was sour both in the dip for bread bites as well as the pizza cheese topping!!!! I have been waiting almost 3 days now to hear back from someone at dominos. the store or corporate office and so far not a word. I am so upset!! I spent nearly $50 and couldn’t eat any of it. it is still in my fridge waiting to hear from someone whether or not I can return it and show them the hard bell peppers and hopefully get my money back. I’m so frustrated. I think I’m just gonna take the order back when they open today. I’m sick of waiting for a resolution!!!! plus I want that DISGUSTING so-called “pizza” out of my fridge.

I ordered a Memphis BBQ Chicken Pizza. This is normally my favorite, so I know what it is supposed to taste like. I have ordered from this location before and have never had such a horrible pizza. I literally paid $40 for a X-Large specialty pizza that looked and tasted disgusting. Then I tipped the driver $5. There was not even any cheese on some of the slices. There was minimal Chicken and not all of the slices had some at all. I am so mad because you ruined my son’s birthday celebration. I will not order from you again.

I order online it’s 12 noon on a Saturday of a long weekend. I park, track the order, when it’s ready, I walk up to the store, door is locked. I double check that I’m at the right location, I am. I’m outside knocking on the door for 5 minutes, employees inside looking at me, clearly I’m there to pick up for, completely ignoring me. NOBODY OPENS THE DOOR! I Had to CALL the store from the FRONT DOOR, to have someone open the door so I can pick up my order. Is this acceptable customer service for this organization? I literally just dropped $60+ in food at this location to just be ignored at the door? And all I get is blank stares and a sort of sorry? Unbelievable

Update: Major improvements have been made since my past review. My last 2 orders at this location have been outstanding! My dominos trackers shows it prepped and cooked by *°•▪︎Jason▪︎•°*and he did a great job! For wasn’t dry and over cooked like its been in the past. Every thing was very tasty; pasta was saucy and cheesy. Wings were tender juicy and evenly coated. Pizza was nice even distribution of sauce, cheese, and toppings and the crust wasn’t overcooked and dry. Well done. I will keep updating my reviews as necessary.

So recently I have really been enjoying the pizza from this Dominos. The crust is really good. Not too hard or not too soft. And overall very good tasting. We normally get it delivered and its always been exactly as orderd. Bonus is that I use their rewards app, so the points add up, and ive recieved a free pizza once. Theres always free coupons on the app, so today I just used a 20% discount one. Worked out great. So five stars in my book
