Pizza was good as always, can’t go wrong with dominos. Our driver Igor was the best. I left a good tip on the order, but tried to give him a bigger tip after order was completed. Unfortunately there is no way to do that, so instead I’m leaving a review. Give that man a raise!

I did an order online for a pizza and wings. I came in just in time. Pizza and wings should be ready but they only did the wings. Employee told me that it will take a little longer and did not even apologize. Bad service. Also employees are not wearing gloves nor mask in this place. One employee even wipes his snot with his arm while grabbing toppings to put on the pizza. i made sure that they wore gloves when they started making my pizza.

Pretty DISAPPOINTED with my order. It said it left for delivery at 7:59, at 8:30 I called to find out why it had not been delivered yet, when it is only a 10 minute drive.
I was told they messed up my order and had to be remade and the guy had just left and it should be at my place pretty soon.
To say the least, I was upset the NOT A COURTESY phone call to let me know my order was going to be 45 minutes late.
I cancelled my order and now I have to wait to make sur they refund my money back to my credit card.
What a debacle you are!!!!!

I have had Domino’s Pizza all over the country, and this is the best pizza from Domino’s I have ever had. The location is unusual, and parking is hard to find, but it is worth it.

GM Joseph canceled my order and rather than working with me he told me he was over it. Although i input Pacific Coast Hwy vs Coast Hwy, the city was Laguna Beach and the zip code was for Laguna Beach but his driver went all the way to Newport Beach to deliver??!? Why would the app let me place an order at a Laguna Beach store for a Newport Beach address. That makes no sense whatsoever. The manager should have called me first to clarify but instead he basically told me it was my fault?!?? I will be calling corporate on Monday to launch a formal complaint.

I ordered a Brooklyn style pizza. When the app said the order has already delivered. I called and the manager and she said they messed up on the order and it’s on the way. It took 20 min for it to arrive which is hard to believe it was actually on the way. The pizza was cold and also the wrong size they delivered a large size. Disappointed and won’t order from this store again.
