Terrible customer service, soggy food, and little to no meat. I placed an in-store pickup and my food was not made until 10 minutes AFTER the max pickup time. After my sandwich was made, they left it behind the counter and did not place it on the to-go stand. I went up to the counter and requested the sandwich which they rudely told me to wait and that it was still being made. They handed me the same sandwich behind the counter and did not include napkins. Don’t bother coming here.

The store was neat and clean, still observing COVID protocols as of 6-6-21. One employee was being trained, but doing an excellent job. Our sandwiches were well-prepared and tasty. We got sandwiches we could split for lunch and dinner and they were under $10 each.

I placed a pickup order from this location via Doordash. When I got into the store there was no customers inside so its empty. I asked the short guy works at the counter about my order and he refused to start it because the pickup time has another 15 minutes? Pretty sure thats the latest time they have to make the order ready btw, but this guy immediately starts making faces and giving me an attitude saying I got here early and refuses to start my order until its the very last minute of his tablet in a fully empty Subway store. I kept my cool but he thinks he’s the CEO of Subway or something. This spot needs to educate their workers on customer service.
