Worst service ever. Placed and order for large pizza hot wings and lava cakes. They forgot the lava cakes. When I called they conveniently said they forgot to add them on the bill. Even tho she repeated back my order. She then stated that if I still wanted them that it would be a new order and I would have to pay a fee. DONT USE THESE CLOWNS Dishonest crooks. Decent pizza for an okay price. Be sure to use any discounts, coupons or codes you can find. Otherwise, the price gets high really fast for just okay pizza. We wanted delivery but had to wait between 1.0 and 1.5 hours. So, I reluctantly picked up the pizza. The facility was decent and clean. The breadsticks were tasty and the pizza was decent. It was a meal that worked for us at the time. Overall, a decent pizza and timely as long as you are picking it up yourself.

I don’t know if they have new employees but this place is awful. I go here every weekend and these are new employees I don’t recognize and my experience was, to say the least, horrible. I won’t come here again. Monrovia Domino’s has great employees.

She said her name was Debbie. she said she didn’t have access to any of the coupons so I would be paying full price which I wouldn’t have minded if she didn’t give attitude. Then I called the one on lake and they said they have access to the coupons the didn’t know why the other store wouldn’t have access. You guys need to learn to be better with customer service.

We used the week long carry out deal online coupon for two pizzas. We paid online, but when we went to pick them up we were told the payment didn’t go through and to pay again. We checked our account and were charged twice and when we called to complain we were told we could only get store credit. The manager was so rude! Such terrible customer service and the pizzas were honestly disgusting! We will definitely not be ordering from there again!
