This place messes up on the orders and they will only give store credit which is dumb because there is no use for that. We trusted this place and we specifically said the order 3 times but the guy at the cashier clearly didn’t listen he didn’t look like he knew what he was doing. I DO NOT recommended coming here and I would suggest to get your money’s worth somewhere else like pizza hut or little Caesars because unlike dominos they are more professional and actually listen to customers orders. And the manager at the Buena park location was rude. we will definitely not be going there again after this unprofessional experience.

When I called after 2 hours waiting for my food to be delivered, I was told my food had already been made, but the driver was out making other deliveries. I clicked on “report issue” in the confirmation email I was sent to make a complaint, but it told me that I was too early and had to wait. So I waited. Then tried again. Then it said I was too late. So now i cannot “report issue”. I used to order at least once a month. I doubt I will ever order from this Domino’s again. Pizza should be delivered right after it’s made, not warmed for two hours, then brought to me “hot and fresh”.
