Not only waiting a hour for my pizza 0.4miles away from home but joshua was trying to come up on a extra $15 tip i was willing with $6 tip. Also drivers carry up to $20 in change he try scamming me until my man heard him say i have $1 or $5 in change back i told him i will go to the corner store to get him his change he took off said he was leaving disgusting service i will no longer order from here. So dissapointed ive always ordered from here with no problems.

I used to be a regular here but lately the service has been just trash.. last week i ordered garlic cheese bread bites. Thru the app. I received ready confirmation. Headed out to the store and they gave up my order mistakenly. So they had me wait for them to remake.. but when the order was ready, they didnt serve me. they just hold on to it for some reason. After at least 10 mins of me giving them looks. 1 guy came and handed me my order already cold.. today i ordered a specialty pizza crust filled. Its already 10:10 pm. And they decided not to sell to me my order cause i showed up with bill was bigger than $20. At this time most stores are closed. Making it a hasle to give me $32 dollar change. Ridiculous. Mind as well make the pizza waste. Not coming back for cold pizza

Place the order through the app. Used the order tracker. Was outside waiting for the order. When the tracker said it was ready, I went straight in. Pizza is cold, burnt, and not what I paid for. Unless of course this represents extra sausage… I don’t order from here often, Now I remember why.

The manager on duty Geraldine has horrible customer service. She is completely combative with her customer. She does not know timing, she claimed that my Pizza was 5 minutes away, had to send 2 different drivers. I was waiting over an hour outside for my food, when I called back to see the status of my order, she said my driver had yet taken but took a different order and now I’m still waiting for my food. Avoid geraldine at all cost, she’s bringing down the morale of the store she does not admit her fault i called and spoke with her both times and she claims I never called

Dominos is always good pizza. Hence the stars for food. But service is crap. Currently on hold with them to ask a simple question for potentially ordered in 2 days. 7 minutes in. My wife has been trying all day, up to 15 minutes on hold. 8 minutes in. May have to order from Pizza Hut.
