Family did eat one of the pizzas but I’d gladly accept a remake another day. Pizzas were cold, hardly any cheese. And the xl pizza had extremely too much seasoning. Red baron and or a Hot Pocket would be better. Tried to get through a slice but would gladly accept a remake tomorrow with the original returned.

I’ll be fully honest: I’m not the kind to leave reviews. But I’m doing this for the sake of the business. I stopped ordering from this place three years ago since the food made me ill to my stomach twice. Today I tried it again because I’ve been to other places in the last several months and the pizzas and ingredients have been excellent. Unfortunately, this time was no different. I ordered two personal supreme pizzas and a New York pizza. The personal pizzas tasted unlike any other Pizza Hut. The food and toppings tasted old and ruined. I was quite disappointed since the supreme is my personal fave. To be totally honest, the New York Pizza tasted like cardboard. The bread was falling apart, as if the dough had been left out for too long and not refrigerated correctly. And the cheese and pepperoni tasted terrible. I am from New York, yet the $1 pizza from downtown, which is infamous for tasting like cardboard, tastes better. I am leaving this review for the betterment of this establishment. And, unfortunately, I will never order from this Pizza Hut ever again.

Place was extremely dirty I don’t know how it’s still even opened. I went back to return a Pizza I ordered and by the time I got home it was dry and hard, went back to get what I thought would be better and it was actually worse. DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!!!

Friday night I placed a pickup order on the Pizza Hut app to pickup at the location on Carrier near Corn Valley. My total was $15.41, around 2 AM this morning I got a notification that my total had been updated from $15.41 to $21.41. So whoever worked that night felt the need to add a $6 tip. I did go up there this morning and spoke with a manager and she did redund me the $6. But if you went to Pizza Hut on Carrier near Corn Valley Friday night or even any other day and paid with a card double check that no extra charges were applied. I’m pretty sure I’m not the first one it has happened to, and probably won’t be the last if that person continues to work there. I was not given a receipt that night nor was I asked to sign anything. The manager today located their merchant receipt, which did not list a tip amount and was not signed. They just manually entered in their system.
Food wise, it was good.

Seriously Pizza Hut, DO BETTER. These boneless wings were $7.99 and half these boneless wings are half the size of my thumb. Then the pasta, dry. Where is the sauce? Most definitely not where it should be. It was almost completely dry. Then the marinara, a dipping sauce container just half empty. This isn’t inflation, this is greed. Pizza Hut use to be our go to every wknd. At this point Digorno and Tony’s frozen pizzas can have our money. This review is based off today’s order but today’s was the final straw. Past 3 months the Pizza Hut off of Carrier hasn’t been it.

I ordered delivery online around 10:37pm, and the order tracker said that the delivery would be approximately 11:02pm.
No delivery has shown up after 11:15ish, so I called the restaurant to ask where my order was. The worker said that my order was cancelled because they were low on dough and that I should’ve received a notification about the cancelation, which I then checked all my inboxes and DID NOT receive anything besides the receipt and tracking link. The tracking link says the order was still being worked on.
The worker gave me alternatives such as a medium pizza, which I agreed to, then the call suddenly hung up. I called back only for them to put me on hold which I ended up hanging up after 10 minutes.

BEWARE OF FOREIGN OBJECTS IN YOUR FOOD!!!! Ordered a pizza last night via DoorDash. Bit into the pizza and found a cooked in coin (dime). Reported it to DoorDash and have not gotten a resolution. Called the Restaurant and spoke to a manager who said they could not do anything since it was ordered through DoorDash. So disappointing!!
