Ordered online and waited two hrs for my order. It never showed up and after calling the store 3 times.. the driver states she left it at my door.. and knocked.. and there’s nothing at my door and the tip was still on the door, waiting…but the manager was real quick on refunding the order.. I even offered to pick up my order.. and they said I sound sick and I would contaminate the place.. and I was like you have a drive through.. ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ this is the worst service ever.

Never eating at this location ever again. I came to this location often an ordered the same thing every time I come through and the manager had the nerve to argue with me to tell me that I was wrong when they messed up my order! Because he didn’t hear me say barbecue?! How about my apologies if you can come by we can replace your order because I do remember your order sorry I messed up or misunderstood! Your a manager with no manager skills in customer service! Domino’s needs to retrain there staff!!

Horrible! Ordered from the app, showed up when the app said pizza was ready. Dominoes employee said the pizza was not ready and to wait an additional 10 minutes. 2nd guy came to the window and said the app is not accurate when they are busy, pizza was still not ready, and to wait another 4 to 5 minutes. If anyone comes up behind me in the drive up line to pull up back around. I said I’ll wait for my pizza, I’m not pulling back around if it’s only 5 more minutes. They guy then got an attitude and started telling me how it’s policy. About 8 more minutes later someone pulls up behind me and they come to the window and start trying to argue with me about moving forward. I asked again if my order was ready. They said no. I told them to cancel and drove off. Wasted my time! Horrible service! Bad attitudes! Do not order from here.

So I went to redeem my in store credit! I was told no credit. So I paid for my pizza. No points added to my account. What’s the deal Dominos? You call me and tell me one thing and you don’t follow through. I went back and I left standing there having to figure out what happen? I fork over $30 bucks and points weren’t added. Customer service representative mean what you say and say when you mean! SMH

Yummy! I was SO IMPRESSED with my thin crust pizzas! I think because I order minimal toppings it doesn’t get treated equally at some Dominoes unfortunately….but this one made them to perfection! Loved them! Thank you! The other great thing is that my lunch time is short no time to waste! These guys made it in a snap without shorting me on appearance, flavor and quality of balance of product topping! Nope don’t know any of them and first time at this dominoes in my life.
