A little gem hidden in the middle of nowhere. Food was really good, big portions. Nice decor with the North Woods feel. There’s a really nice outdoor eating area with a fire table. We only sat inside due to it being too hot outside.

The wings were big and tasted great. I was there on a not very busy Monday, the day they advertise as their wings special night and waited almost 2 hours for my food. I also waited 20 minutes just for my drink order. Staff was not attentive and defensive when I asked about my food order. If wings are the special, they should expect people to order wings and have a faster turn around on orders. We won’t go back.

Ordered the 14oz baked haddock, huge portion, Cole slaw was delicious. French fries looked great and I was told they were very good. The waitress was great, checked in often and was friendly. The food came out super fast, though it wasn’t super busy either. Will definitely go back for their fish fry. Their broasted chicken is very good too.

The owners are apparently well off because they definitely don’t care if they get your business. VERY rude, couldn’t stand to even finish my one drink. It could be a gold mine being on the water with a very nice outdoor deck and atmosphere; however, I will NEVER go back here as long as the current owners are there.

It has great decorations. The food was good. I’m not going to complain about slow service because one person is working behind the bar/tables. What I’m not okay with is the rude service. I understand we were in a large group but it’s not okay to come up and just have an attitude right away. Telling us we are going to just be on one bill not only made things more difficult for us but her as well. Also, I don’t appreciate the eye rolls she gave us every time one of us would ask for something. We did our best to be accommodating because she was the only one working, but need to work on her attitude. I understand it’s stressful but don’t take it out on people who don’t deserve it.

We arrived as the kitchen was going to close but they graciously stayed open to serve us delicious burgers and fries. The mushroom Swiss burger was the best I’ve had. We will for sure return!

The bar itself was VERY nice, and had an awesome hang out atmosphere. The food was also amazing. However, my family and I were there to celebrate my grandfather that passed. It was one of his favorite places. But the bartender was VERY rude to us. She made all of us feel uncomfortable and seemed to not want to be there. Every time we asked her a question, she snapped back at us with a sour attitude. She also put the wrong alcohol in my drink, and instead of throwing it out, she poured the right one on top of it and gave it to me. She made our experience less than enjoyable, and we will only be back if there is someone else working.
