I used my daughters account to order a pizza, I’ve done it numerous times recently, and never had a problem, yet this time, they called the number on file and because my daughter didn’t order a pizza, I did, it was cancelled, so after a long wait, I’m starving. When I called I was told my order is made but since their system went down I have to start everything over and it’s going to be a long wait, even though my food is sitting right there!! I’ve ordered from this dominos for delivery many times. Never had any problems till today. I ordered a pizza for my mom and they said they couldn’t find the address. So instead of trying to figure out why they couldn’t find the address this time, they cancelled the order. When I called back to put in the order again they argued with me how that address doesn’t exist, but yet I’ve had dominos delivered to this address numerous of times. As I was speaking, they decided to hang up on me. Not to mention I left a 30% tip and the lady that hung up on me claimed to be the general manager of the store. Very very unprofessional. I hope I get my refund that they said I would get.

Bought a chicken Parm sandwich to get delivered to my work and was super happy about trying one of these sandwiches for the first time. Well this will be the last unfortunately. There is like NO sauce on this thing, it’s honestly hilarious. Looks like someone took there finger in the sauce and smeared it on the bread. Chicken is honestly not that good, pretty tough to eat. All around not a good experience. NOT WORTH 8 BUCKS. Y’all need to stick to pizza or get trained on sandwich making. 0/10 would not recommend to anyone.

I place a carryout order online. I wait until the tracker tells me it’s ready and I drive to the location. I get to the window and I say “hi, I’ve got an order in for a large pineapple and black olive the name is ******” the employee looks me in the eyes with a blank stare and says, “I’m sorry but we don’t allow people to order at the window you’ll have to place it online” I start to repeat myself but I’m already upset at this point and I can tell my tone of voice has changed and I don’t wanna risk them spitting in it so I just say, “you know what nevermind” and drive off… They’ll figure it out when it’s still sitting there at the end of the night I guess…

The online and over the phone ordering is completely awful, same as some employees and the GM or Cooperation who has the people answering the phones to place the orders. They’re so illiterate and waste your time nor can they put in an order properly. Even the store states you get a free pizza when we call but then it’s not in the systems
