If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went here for the first time with some family and friends because we were told how amazing it was. We were a large group (14) and one person called and told them we were coming. They were told that we would have a wait and might not be able to sit together, we were completely okay with that. When we arrived we were again told that we might not be able to sit together and would have a wait for food. As our party gathered and was waiting, the owner came out of the kitchen and literally screamed in my face telling us that we were told they could not do a party this large. He proceeded to say that they close at three (we arrived at 1:30) and they WOULD NOT serve us, the website said nothing about closing at 3:00. I was literally in shock. I have NEVER been spoken to by someone in a restaurant in such a manner. They apparently reopen at 4:00. I realize this review is about service and not the food but I am still in shock over the entire experience. I have worked in a restaurant before and it didn’t matter if someone walked in ten minutes before we closed, we served them. This was a large loss of revenue with the size of our group and everyone in the group tips very well. After having this experience, I began looking up reviews and have read several, in different places, that said the business refused service to other groups as well. I wish I had read these reviews prior to going. I would have reconsidered this place before I went. I will not return to this establishment. I have honestly never left a review like this before and pray I never do again.

This restaurant is amazing! I haven’t had Thai before but we’ve been curious and finally just decided to stop in for lunch. It’s soo inviting and cozy! The staff seems sweet. The music. The decor. Ugh!! I got the pad Thai (delicious and filling!) My mom got the chicken curry (also very tasty) 10000/10 I already want to go back lol!

My family and I have visited Thai Rama many times throughout the years, and it is always fantastic! It is truly authentic cuisine, and every item we have tried has been delicious. I also love that they allow you yo adjust the spice levels on any of the menu items, this is possible because it is being made as you order instead of just having pulled it from a batch that has been sitting. You will not be disappointed.
