I ordered a Filet-O-Fish with pickles, and what I received was literally just a piece of fish on a bun with nothing on it. No pickles and a drip of sauce. What makes it more frustrating is that the attendant at the window even repeated back “fish filet with pickles,” so the order was clearly understood. Still, it came out wrong. This isn’t a complicated order, and basic accuracy should be the minimum. Very disappointing experience. For these prices do better McDonald’s!

Slowest drive thru experience ever. It has been very slow the last few times and I usually only order drinks. I will not return to this location. I just wanted something quick on my way to my son’s practice. I thought there was only one person taking orders and making the food and drinks but there are 3 people at least. There were only 2 cars in front of me It took me 21 minutes from tome of order until I got 2 drinks

The staff must have been changed recently or the person doing quality control was changed. I was just there 20 minutes ago. I had asked for an upgrade to a medium fry for the value meal and i got the small fries. When i mentioned it to the lady at the window she simply put the fries from the small bag into a medium french fry container and gave it back to me. I did not bother to even tell her anything. I was given incorrect sauce. The fries had no salt. The nuggets looked like they had been fried in reused old oil that hadn’t been changed in an extremely long time. All the nuggets had black specks on them. The burger was soaked in mayo. And to top it all off, i found a hair inside my soda. I know some people are going to say “what do you expect? It’s a mcdonalds” but it’s just not right, I am not asking for a 5 star meal but atleast I would like to have hairless soda.

Came yesterday 02/07/19 to buy food for my family and I met Reese at the front desk, He was very friendly and even offered me if I wanted water while I was waiting for my food to be ready, This! Is what I call Great Customer Service. When my order was ready Reese brought it to me and also He noticed that my order was big and that it will be hard for me to carry all the bags so He offers to place my bags in a bigger one, and I was very surprised to see how Reese went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my shopping experience here at McDonald’s. This guy Reese has a bright future with this franchise or any where he goes but I don’t think McDonald’s will let him go anywhere soon. Reese is a great roll model to follow, thank you Reese and keep up your great job congratulations!This is one of the oldest McDonald restaurants I know, it’s also the first McDonald I bought food from when I came to live in Davie in 1997. This place is always good to come and they have great food and when I say great food I am talking to the people that loves fast food delicious burgers,fries,apple pies etc. The place is clean, their employees are friendly and the food is cheap,what else can you ask for a great fast food restaurant.

ordered a double quarter pounder meal through the drive through and found a paper in the burger. called the location and they asked me if i would like to drive back to the restaurant or would like a store credit. i did not drive back to the store because i did not have enough time, hence the reason for going to the drive through and i did nog take the store credit because i found no point in returning to McDonalds since they offer the worst service of all fast food. i have had nothing but problems with the McDonalds franchise and will not be returning to any of their restaurants.
