We had 2 pizzas delivered and they were horrible!!! Flat, cold and just honestly disgusting. We called and told them about it and they agreed to send new ones if we could return what was left. We did that, soon after the pizza returned to the store the manager called and said that the boxes were empty! We told him how much we sent back and that he can see how bad they were. He proceeded to argue so I decided to hang up. A few minutes later he called back, breathed into the phone and hung up again. We called back to see why he called, they are now refusing our calls. This is NOT the way to handle business and they will not get our business again, nor anyone else’s I know, including surrounding businesses. Best part, they will not send us to anyone above this person for us to complain to. They can come get their second round of disgusting pizzas and keep the $50 we spent! It’s consolation enough to know we’ll never eat that filth again!

This is a great option for traditional delivery pizza. The kids especially like the garlic on the crust. I had issues ordering through the app though I was finally able to when I manually input a second card. Then, the delivery took 15 more minutes than expected and the app marked the pizza as delivered minutes before we even received the pizza. In fact, I was ordering another one when the pizza finally came.

It’s the best pizza there is. Order on average 5 larges every week for my D&D group. I like a mix between Brooklyn, Hand Tossed, and Thin. Of the 200+ ordered, I did get one that wasn’t sliced.

I don’t know how, since the time from me ordering it until the time I received it was only 45 minutes, but the pizza arrived looking and tasting old and stale. It was cold and dry. It was as if it was made a few hours ago and was sitting under a heat lamp the whole time.

Driver couldnt follow basic instructions, told him I’m not tipping. He then decided to block me from the keypad to unlock my apartment. I told him to leave over 5 times. I was yelling at him to leave and he was still standing blocking the keypad.

Came into town late and after checking into my hotel i Placed an order at 11:10 pm and they’re open until 12. Told delivery time would be 19-29 minutes, 5 minutes later I get a text that my order has been canceled. Called the store and the guy seemed too busy to care, he driver was out on his last deliver and they wouldn’t deliver. I asked if I could do a carry out and the tone in his voice when he said hold on made me feel like I wouldn’t like the toppings I ended up with on my food if you get my drift, so i decided if I’m driving ill just drive to in n out. I made the right choice!
