I have ordered from this location many times and usually without complaint, well tonight my 3 pizza were OK,, but my order of loaded tots and chicken were burnt, mush and dried out. both orders were not edible. I called the store and spoke with Manager she proceeded to argue with me, stating that they were fine, because SHE made them.. and no matter how I explained to her ,she still argued that the orders were good and they got cooked in the oven. She did offer a 20% off next order..( you get better promo’s online) I laughed and declined her offer. This was enough to where I wont be ordering from there again.

Ordered a couple large pizzas and some garlic twists. The twists aren’t baked. They’re flat. I tried putting them in the air fryer and now they’re flat hard, impossible to eat discs. When we called to complain, the manager said he would keep an eye on it and refused to make it better. Hire better people. This was today, March 22, at around 1:30pm.

Picked up pizza for the team today. Was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The woman working there had the pizza all ready to go before my pick up time and she had a great attitude. Waste of money. There’s a reason I haven’t ordered delivery from them in a few years. I’ll continue going to Baseline and Power or Pizza Hut. They never get the order right and apparently their drivers are too lazy to walk to the front door. Instead, they leave it on the hood of a vehicle. This is extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. I specifically requested that it be brought to the door as I have a disability that causes walking difficulties. I know I tipped well, but they simply don’t care about their job or customers. Highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.

I have ordered from this location many times and even though the employees are nice, there has only been 1 time my order wasn’t burnt and dried out. Tonight it was burnt and dried out again and even though I asked before leaving if everything was there, and was assured it was, I get home to see they forgot my chicken Cesar salad and since they wouldn’t answer their phone, I had to drive all the way back to get it. For $7 per item the food is SO not worth the money or time. Would not recommend to anyone. I will not go back again.

Place is trash, pizza was cold and burnt, I went through steps on their website to complain so they gave me a free medium pizza, ok.. fair enough. I went to order it and it apply to delivery only, ok so I put order in and they want a minimum delivery purchase of 18$! So screw this place and the girl who makes pizza there. I would have left a good review if I got a free medium pizza but that’s not the case I’m never eating at any dominos again for as long as I live, boycotting for life!
