Went out on a date. First arrived and sat down. Someone came over and stated that someone will be with us. After 15 mins a woman came over and ask WHAT DO YOU WANT? I said we’d like to order a drink. I ordered a blue Hawaiian, awful poorly mixed. My fiance ordered a twisted tea it’s expired. We asked about dishes and she said she didn’t know. Okay. We recieve our food and the fried rice is freeze burned. My shrimp dish is a few shrimp with I swear an entire onion sliced up. Come on tangs.. get it together please.

Customer service was good but the buffet wasn’t. Usually I can find at least one item in a Chinese buffet that’s great and I can gravitate to for seconds but nothing I had was really good enough to go back for. My fiance spit out her eggroll saying it was sour. The fortune cookie was the tastiest thing there. Not the worst I’ve ever had but certainly not going back.

A family member offered to buy. I wanted a General Tso chicken combo. it’s on the menu, I think for 8.50… It’s supposed to come with an egg roll. We ordered well within cut off time yet they told her it doesnt exist and charged her twice as much by making her order a container of general chicken and a separate container of rice. I’m the only one eating this mass amount of over priced food and there is no egg roll cuz it costs that much more for more than I wanted. To top it off, we asked for extra sauces and they didn’t even provide enough for the meal. FOOD OK.. SERVICE TERRIBLE..

Not sure how it manages a high rating it’s not very good at all. We tried the buffet and to start the Hot and Sour soup had a strange tomato flavor that is not typical for the dish. Egg Rolls were decent as was the Sweet and Sour chicken. The Teriyaki Chicken on a stick was dry and tasted heavily of Chinese five spice. The Twice Cooked Pork, Chinese five spice. The Chicken Fried Rice was old and dry and yes it had Chinese five spice. Most of the other items were out or just picked over.

If I could give zero stars I would, buffet is supposed to start at 4 pm, we arrived at 4:30 and maybe half the buffet was out. By the time we were done eating the rest came out. We were charged full price, our son ate 2 teriyaki chicken on a stick, 2 potato wedges, and one onion ring and we got charged full price for all of us.
