We would come here for pizza’s almost every Friday. Loved this location. I went to pick up my order a couple weeks ago and one of the pizzas was smooshed against the box, the employee offered to remake it but I told him I couldn’t wait for another one so the employee offered a free pizza the next time we ordered and to just call in to claim it. I called in today to claim it and the employee I talked to (found out it was the general manager) was extremely rude. He kept cutting me off was in a rush to get off the phone and then hung up after I placed my order. When I went to pick up the order I was charged $20 for a large when online they are $13. I asked the manager for the $13 price because I would’ve place the order online if I didn’t have to call in for the free pizza. The general manager, yelling from the back, said the free pizza was from 2 weeks ago and that the $13 deal is over. I told him it wasn’t but, he continued to talk over me and not listen to what I was saying. Technology is advanced enough to where a free pizza should be added to their account online and they can use it there. I ended up paying $22 for one pizza. $4 less than what I would normally pay…I won’t go back to that Dominos as long as that guy is general manager. The manager was a sweet lady so nothing against her, but upper management needs to get a handle on the general manager of that store. He has a false inflation of importance. You can tell the other employees are tired of him too.

Yesterday I ordered a pizza online, thinking I had selected the Dominoes by Smiths, but instead selected Jordan Landing. Naturally I went to the wrong location to pick up my order, when I arrived I received a phone call from Joseph, the General Manager of the Jordan Landing dominoes letting me know that my pizzas were ready. When I started to explain that I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and would be there soon, Joseph hung up on me! When I arrived at the store he refused to assist me and I had to wait for someone else that was clearly very busy. No one welcomed me into the store, I stood there for quite a while before anyone offered to help, the store wasn’t as clean and organized, and the pizzas weren’t as well made.
Go to the Dominoes by Smiths. Each member will welcome you when you enter the store, everyone works to help you out, and their pizzas taste a lot better.

Great new location! The workers are so happy and friendly, you can tell that they really enjoy their jobs. The pizza was quick and so delicious. Highly recommend this location!!!

Im really disappointed I even have to write this review. The store didn’t deliver part of my order and when I called to get it resolved I was told they were too busy to deliver it to me. I paid the delivery fee and a decent tip to the driver. This is the most unprofessional service… they’re too busy to correct their mistake.

We ordered the New York style crust and they stretched it so thin that they ripped holes in the crust and the crust was so dry it was the texture of a cracker. Then they still put topping over the holes in the crust so 1/2 the pizza was stuck to the box. The quality check was obviously not done.

The manager or whoever work there on Oct 24th at night was very rude!!! They made my pizza totally wrong. Then hes gonna say ” u probably got the wrong box” wth!!, i said ” you gave me this box & even ask my name!!! After I showed him the receipt he gonna say oh! You want me to make you another 1. NO THANK YOU SIR JUST REFUND ME AT THIS POINT!!!!
