Hello, its me. Our pizza LITERALLY CAME WITHOUT PIZZA SAUCE!! They also forgot to send my garlic parmesean dipping cup. Idk what has happened to the food service industry lately but it has gone downhill. And yes I did tip and this was for delivery. I tried to get a refund or some sort of compensation. I ended up getting transferred to bot that said they’d call me. No specific time. 10/10 would NOT recommend. I normally love dominos but maybe get marcos instead if you live in bountiful lol.

My husband and I have gotten pizza here multiple times in the past months. The first three times they got our pizza just right and it was great! We didn’t have any problems. One time I was early to pick up the pizza and waited a decent amount of time (my fault) and maybe ended up waiting an extra 10 minutes past the original time they gave us (not a big deal, it was a busy Friday night). One worker offered me a free drink while waiting which was kind. They seemed very busy and were trying their best I’m sure. They missed one of our toppings on our pizza one time but it was still great and only $10, I’m not going to complain. Mistakes happen every once in awhile, we are all human. I always order online and go into pickup and that seems to be the easiest way. They only have two phones it seems so if you are trying to call on a busy weekend you may have to wait a bit, plus all this poor businesses are short staffed most the time. All around, 4.5 stars. I’ve ordered from this location 10 plus times and my pizza is great each time and the service is great and fast. I think they do a better job than most people say but that’s my opinion. I think you are doing great Bountiful Domino’s! And frankly, you can’t beat the 7.99 large pizza, only pizza hut beats that price and their pizza is totally awful.

I just want to thank Kirk and the gang for making such amazing food the manager Kirk has changed this store around from the previous manager when they didn’t want to open most days because of short handed people no one wanted to work but Kirk has changed this store tremendously and want to thank his boss and the owner for stepping it up I did apply here and when the system crashed I didn’t get an interview it’s all good I’m working elsewhere but this dominos is by far the best one in Davis county and the people there are so chill there is a driver named Liz that is very cool and super chill very friendly and I’m greatful for good people this dominos is for sure stepping it up Kirk has put in a lot of hours a week to get this store going and I admire his hard work he does amazing work and keeps working never stops anther employee Sheldon the manager just is amazing he’s very super nice and very cool to talk to is a hard worker the owner of this store is awesome too I want to thank him for introducing me to him he’s super cool he puts in a lot of effort to keep this store running thank you dominos for all your hard earned work thank u Kirk and Sheldon owner of the store and many others for being good workers and not closing on most days this store has made a lot of improvements with management and I’m greatful for this I love this store will be coming to this store more often I’m a regular their I love the food thanks again until next time again thank you Kirk for coming to this store and making changes much improved so greatful thanks

I’ve been to this Domino’s several times before. The food is always phenomenal. I’ve only had my order messed up on rare occasion (which happens to every food joint once in a while). The only area for improvement could be speed and keeping their order timeline on the app accurate. The most recent time I ate here I placed my order for 2 pizzas and 1 box of bread twists at approximately 8:15pm. The app said my order would be ready at approximately 8:39pm. I arrived at 8:45 to pick it up and was told it hadn’t even been started. At 9:00 their order timeline showed it had finally been placed in the oven. I walked out with my order at about 9:10pm. Everything was correct and delicious, as usually is the case here, and Liz even threw in some extra sauce packets for me. Overall: Quality is spectacular. Speed is hit and miss.

Really disappointed. We went to get a pizza around 8:45pm and their doors were locked. There was a worker standing at the counter so we knocked on the door and she looked at us and ignored us. In this picture you can obviously see their hours of operation and in the background the lady is just standing there. Very rude and unprofessional. I’m was really wanting some pizza 🙁

The best Dominos in the valley. These guys are great. The food is always fresh and they are fast. I prefer to order online and pick it up. I tend to always catch Kennedie working the register. She is so friendly and helpful. Try the garlic knots. They rock.

We really like their three topping large pizzas for $7.99. The only problem is sometimes everyone else likes them too, and Domino’s make mistakes. I think they’ve messed up 3 out 10 times. When I felt like complaining they listened and offered to make it right.
