We ordered several pizzas and bread bites from this restaurant. Pick up time 5 o’clock. We arrived at 4:45. Our pizzas were not ready. The manager said that they barely got the order. And then checking with our daughter-in-law, the order had been put in over four hours prior. And nobody was in the lobby. I’ve spent the last week or so trying to find the manager over that store and no dominoes would help me because each restaurants a franchise I guess. Called this restaurant today with no other recourse and the lady that answered the phone said she was the GM. And that she was there that night and that makes it even worse because she knew that there was something wrong and did nothing about it. We got our pizzas approximately 40 minutes after our pick up time. Which means they had well over four hours to make our pizzas. Then they shorted us a pizza and while we waited, a half an hour to have them make another, our other pizzas got cold. The manager, I think offered us a pity amount like some breadsticks for our inconvenience when all of our pizzas were cold. He would not replace the pizzas or anything because of their mistake. Called the manager today and clearly she didn’t want to talk to me cause she said several times that they were orders that were backing up and it was clear that she didn’t wanna help me. At least that’s the way I felt. And she made a mistake on the phone number. She said she couldn’t find our receipt and then I asked her to try it one more time while she was complaining about the orders stacking up she found the receipt and all she would give me in the end was two pizzas which is a slap in the face considering we spend Over $50 on food from that restaurant. She would not give me a regional Manager‘s number. She kept saying that there was nothing that she could do because we waited for over a week when I did everything I could to find out the manager over that Restaurant. And all she kept saying was that was just a busy day. No one in the lobby but 1 person. The fact there was nobody in the lobby that made no sense whatsoever and what made even worse sense is that they didn’t think we were important enough customers to take care of us and replace all the pizzas and or give us a credit not too happy with the way that we were treated by that restaurant? In my opinion the way that we were treated is inexcusable.

It’s Domino’s. We’ve all had it, and for me, it is pretty consistent. I like garlic sauce with ham and pineapple. I just tried the stuffed crust this time, which was good. I don’t order pizza often, but when I do, it’s almost always Domino’s.
My last order delivered very quickly. What I like is online ordering with tracking. You can get a text or Alexa notification.
I do think their drinks should be a bit colder.

It’s incredible, I had to wait at least 50 minutes to get my pizza, being the second on the waiting list, I ordered in advance on the app and I still have to wait more than double the time, They just watch you standing there and don’t serve you. The worst Domino’s Pizza branch.

This was an incredible experience!! I am going to give these a review JUST because of the experience. Initially the website was giving me a hard time, which can be frustrating. However, when we got here the staff was SO friendly!
They apologized for the website and then started making my pizza. I had some time to wait, so they gave my kids dough to play with while we waited. (WHO DOES THAT?!)

As a business owner, I know customer service is KEY and they own it here. Pizza was great. Service was great. Literally my kids said as we sat here. “I love Dominos!” “ Dominos is seriously the best pizza!” “I always want to come back to Dominos!”

The service here is TERRIBLE! As this is the closest dominos and the one that delivers our house, it’s convenient to order from here. However, we ordered our pizzas HOURS ago. After the app said our pizza had been ready for 30 minutes and still wasn’t on our way, we called to ask what was going on. The employee was no help and the manager was plain rude. We only hung up after the manager assured us the pizza was in the car and on its way. 10 minutes later, the pizza was still sitting on the heat lamp. This is NOT a one time issue they consistently have terrible service. We will never be back

We had the absolute pleasure of waiting a breezy 45 minutes for a pizza that tasted like it had given up halfway through its own creation story.
The workers, bless their hearts, were bravely operating without gloves, truly embracing the “hands-on” approach to food service. It’s bold, really. Performance art, even. Who needs basic hygiene when you’ve got…enthusiasm? Maybe?
And the pizza itself? Imagine cardboard. Now imagine cardboard that’s slightly warm and vaguely disappointed in itself. That’s the flavor profile.
In summary: if you’ve ever wondered what culinary purgatory feels like, Domino’s offers a wonderfully immersive experience. Can’t wait to not come back!

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and when it arrived there we 2 small pieces of what looked like chicken on 1/2 and none on the other. I called to explain this and the person that made the sandwich answered the phone and proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he made the sandwich exactly the way it is supposed to be made. When I explained that there were only 2 pierced on one half and none on the other he said that’s how it is supposed to be made . I asked for a manager, and she wasn’t any help either. She also said they put chicken on one half and the bacon on the other half. I don’t know if it’s a lack of training or just a lack of caring, but this store shows absolutely no professionalism and are very rude and condescending to customers.

This Domino’s is very popular and the workers always seem so stressed. Which I completely understand. They are usually way behind on making pizzas, which makes the customers frustrated. I think the thing that is misleading is when you order you get an email that says “your order will be ready in 7-17 minutes” which sounds great but you show up and it’s actually like 45 minutes. I think there would be a lot less stress on all sides if the email said the actual time it would take. This might have nothing to do with the location itself. It might dominos as a whole. A more accurate expectation could help everyone involved.
