The owner is a very polite Hispanic, who is hard-working. I’ve been working at the mall as a second job for the past three months. I’ve eaten here a half a dozen times. He was the only one that would sell me food at 7:55 PM, all the other stores denied me. Won’t spend money anywhere else, but with this solid American.

The place was very nice and the people who made the food were nice, she asked if we didn’t have 44 cents and if we didn’t we didn’t have to pay it but we did, the Hispanic lady was nice to me and my friend, we ended up tipping like 3 or 4 bucks, amazing place to be at, the food for me was amazing but me personally I get sick of favors kinda fast and I didn’t for this, the BBQ flavor was amazing. The food took like 4 mins but the meat was cooked so that’s why it took kinda a bit for are sub but the steak it in was amazing, I would recommend this place to people, the only reason why we went there is because me and my friend did a coin flip and I got heads he got tails and it was heads and he even said that he was happy it landed on heads.

There was a very rude Hispanic cashier/manager lady there that gave such awful service. She wasn’t professional at all and was very sexist towards my partner, she treated us completely different as I went to find out why my partner was so upset. She was much nicer to me & gave me immediate service when I asked the same question my partner asked that she got ignored & denied for. Someone like that should not work at a very public place for being so judgemental & unprofessional about helping everyone that just simply wanted to buy a sandwich. Sad.

This place really went downhill. They stopped offering delivery, and their new online ordering system is such a mess my bank flagged me trying to order food as fraud. Food was not even ready on time. Steer clear pending new management.

Unequal treatment of customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. They choose who they want to make something for or who they want to tell “we don’t have that anymore”. They will tell you they don’t have something or are out of something, and then someone else will come after and suddenly they have the ability and the produce to make it for that customer.
