Had a wonderful experience at Dominos today. Made a mistake on my order when I submitted it online. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager and explained what happened. Domino’s has raised their prices to the point that what cost me $40 last year is now $73 for the same order with less toppings chosen. And they put less of those those chosen toppings on. After my last experience with Domino’s. They also told me that i could use the 6.99 mix and match coupon. With the 5.99 lava cake coupon. Which they didnt apply. I definitely will not be getting pizza from them again. Not for twice the price, for have the food of what use to cost half the price.b

HORRIBLE place to order from they take forever to deliver and the way they brought the wings were a complete mess and when I called to inform them about it they said they would give us some type of credit for what happened and when I tried to use the credit they said all they could do was give us a 4 dollar discount off of the next purchase. If they care about their customers then they should make sure the food is delivered the right way and not look like everything was rushed and thrown in the box, YOU GUY’S need a better staffing ( it’s time to change staffing )

Customer service is mediocre, food is always weird or wrong, deliveries are often long and late. In the photo’s, you will see the hot wings they sent us. When I called and complained, they talked back to me about how these wings were “extra saucy” so “they don’t know what happened.” Company policy is that if an order is wrong or poor quality, on the customers good word, they refund the value of the product on credit or send out a replacement immediately. We got a $28 credit for these “extra saucy” hot wings, which sums up why we keep coming back. As a rule of thumb, for every 2 items we order, we get 1 for free. Thank you incompetent and sassy staff!
