I placed an order via app for three items. The 3-piece chocolate lava cakes was one of them. I picked my order up at the store, drove home, and enjoyed my first two items. But, when I opened the box of what I thought were my lava cakes, it was the marble brownies instead! I was so PO’d! Why didn’t give me the correct items that I ordered?!

Poor customer service experience. Carryout order was not ready when I arrived. While waiting was not told order had been completed. After waiting over 29 minutes I went back to counter to get update and waited another 5 minutes at counter for one of seven employees to come up and finally give order that had been sitting for unknown time. Also while waiting watched an employee drop an order to the floor and place back on shelf for pickup. Seems like a serious lack of oversight or leadership overall.

I had pre-ordered 3 large pizzas for a birthday party for my son that started at 3pm. When I went to pick up the pizzas at 2:45, they weren’t even starting the pizzas. It was done baking at approximately 3:10 then they canceled the order. Not even trying to make it right or anything. So now the employees all got free food on me. The general manager does not know how to time manage or deal with costumers. He was very carefree about this encounter and showed no remorse for messing it up.

I am always impressed with the staff at this store! They are polite, quick to help you, smile and answer your questions! They seem to actually like where they work. Their pizza is probably the best in town- but Cody lacks good food choices so there’s that. But the pizza is always hot, cooked well and accurate to the order! 5 stars for this store and their staff! They do a great job!!

Ordered on the app, pizza took 20 minutes longer than ETA, pretty busy for a Saturday night. I ordered a Deluxe with half (left) jalapeños and half (right) no green peppers. Not too much to ask right? I was given a beef only pizza (basically a plain cheese) with only 1 piece of jalapeño and banana peppers all over it, which I didn’t even ask for.
Honestly, it doesn’t matter how slammed with orders they are, if they would just take some extra time to get my order right, I wouldn’t mind waiting a bit longer. But to have waited as long as I did for the WRONG pizza, I won’t be coming here again.
Not to mention, when I took the pizza because I didn’t want to wait another 25-40 minutes to get the correct one, when driving away I saw a Domino’s delivery driver pulled over by a cop. Tonight really was not a good look for this location. Just slow down and do things right ♂️

The pizza is always pretty good, but lately I feel like they forget the cheese maybe its just me. I’ll order extra cheese next time. I shouldn’t have to for the pizza to not look like sauce and topppings though come guys

I once waited over a half hour for curbside delivery, following their instructions to park on the east side of the building. I checked in as soon as I got there, and nothing for that half hour. I then moved to the store front (which has limited parking since it’s on Main Street) and even turned my hazards on and waited another half hour for an employee to finally notice me. No apology for the hour that it took to get my food to me. No attempt to make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.

On July 27th we ordered pizza, wings, chicken and a salad to be delivered because we were both sick in bed.
The woman I talked to on the phone asked what zip code I was in. I told her I didn’t know the zip code because we live in Florida but I could give her the name of our hotel and the address which is on 8th st. I also told her that she is literally around the corner from us on Sheridan Ave in Cody which is the same exact zip code from where we are staying. Know your local businesses. We are staying in s major chain hotel!
Anyway the order was given with extra sauce on the pizza which is what I always get on Domino’s pizza because it is nice and sweet.
We get the order delivered and the pizza is burnt black on the bottom and on the edges and the extra sauce is on the side. The pizza is now dry and ruined.
I’ve been a fan of Domino’s for many years and it is always put on the pizza when it is made. It is too late to add it to dry burnt pizza. If I ordered extra cheese would it be given in a cup?
The chicken is the nuggets you buy at other fast food places only she called them ‘slices’ when we ordered them. The salad was prepacked and okay and the wings were good as usual.
Oh and by the way, the driver was complaining about how hot it was and received a very generous gratuity but where we come from it is in the 90’s for 4 to 5 months straight. Yesterday was a beautiful day here in Cody with a temperature of 75 degrees.
