I stopped here last week after visiting a college nearby. This was such a beautiful and comfortable coffeehouse. The coffee was perfect, the barista was top notch and the owner was genuinely friendly and passionate about her coffeehouse. The view of the mountains out the back window was breathtaking. I live an hour and twenty minutes away, but I would drive there just for the coffee and the experience!

Such a cute space to chill and have coffee. I wanted to sit there all day! The Mountain Mocha was amazing! The flavors were well-balanced and the temperature was perfect. It stayed warm for a very long time! The staff were kind and friendly. I felt comfortable in this cozy atmosphere.

Anyone that gives this coffee shop less than 5 star review has their own problem. This coffee shop will change your life! Their pumpCAM pie latte will blow your mind away and the empanadas are so savory and perfectly melts in your mouth yet crunchy and oh so satisfying. I can go on forever raving about this place but you should just go figure it out for yourself 🙂

This cool coffee shop needs more than 5 stars.

Each week my daughter and I go out for coffee. Sometimes coffee and a drive, sometimes we’ll just get it to go and hang out. Looking for someplace new, she saw this on the map and decided we’d try it out.

The drinks we had – a mocha and a latte – were great. We also had a german chocolate muffin and biscotti, both of which were very good.

The woman working behind the counter? Super friendly and welcoming.

They have open mike nites on Wednesday. We hadn’t been there long when the music started. What fun that was – folks played 3 songs each. We had planned to be around for maybe an hour or so but decided part way through to listen until everyone was finished.

Great vibes, good coffee. Glad we went and we’ll for sure be back, probably next Wednesday!

The platonic ideal of a coffee shop — atmosphere comfortable for a small circle of friends or solo ruminating. Try the Cubano, for sure! Good selection of pastries AND savory empanadas — with wine and protein shakes available, too. Really cool staff with an unrushed efficiency. I love this place!

Spectacular gem!
This is a cozy location with a very unique feel, ample seating and delicious, unique drinks!

I normally just get a regular latte, which I did this time- it was very good. I also got “the golden hour”- which was also very good- it’s a great twist on a standard latte and I loved the turmeric!

We loved the seating options. They also have games, chess, many books, in addition to supplements and book’s from local authors.
The bathrooms are clean, as is the whole establishment.

This place is everything I could want in a coffee shop!
I’ll certainly be back anytime in in town and I’m jealous of the college students who are able to walk here at any time!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Literally every aspect and experience is what makes local coffee shops like this one incredible. Great coffee, kind smiling faces who know your name and care about you, and amazing atmosphere. A staple in the local community. Thanks guys for making Mars Hill a better place to live! Wouldn’t be the same without you!

Camden’s Library Coffee House is a warm, welcoming gem in Mars Hill that earns a solid five-star rating.

As soon as you step in, you’re embraced by a comfortable and vibrant atmosphere where creative energy thrives.

The friendly, attentive staff are eager to make your experience special, recommending their diverse coffee and breakfast offerings.

Their partnership with Cooperative Coffee Roasters ensures that every sip is crafted with care, featuring notes like the chocolatey richness of El Tigre Dark Roast or the full-bodied warmth of Camden’s Blend, accented with caramel undertones.

The open seating invites you to linger, whether you’re working or catching up with friends, while their fast WiFi makes it a haven for digital nomads and students.

Beyond the impressive variety of teas and specialty drinks, Camden’s also offers a range of breakfast options that cater to diverse tastes.

This coffee house isn’t just a place to refuel—it’s a true Mars Hill staple, with a space dedicated to honoring the life and passion of a cherished local, fostering community spirit in every corner.

Highly recommended!

Was in town visiting for a little vacation, and no one was awake in the house, so I decided to find a coffee shop. Can’t explain how unexpected this beautiful coffee shop was. The batista was very friendly and made an absolutely wonderful latte called the Alex. I can’t recommend this place enough.

My husband and I came to Mars Hill for vacation and decided to try Camden’s for something new. It had the coolest coffee shop atmosphere and really delicious scones and macchiatos. Definitely worth every penny.
