I was stoked for this new Taco Bell, and it was a catastrophe from the second I ordered. I asked for a steak stacker with jalapeño and paid EXTRA for steak… what I got was a tiny BOO-BOO amount of steak drowning in an avalanche of jalapeños. Did I order a jalapeño stacker? NO. Did I get a STACKER? Also NO. It’s like someone played a cruel prank with my order.
The cheese wasn’t melted. The stacker wasn’t stacked. The steak—oh, the steak—was basically invisible. I shouldn’t have to scavenge for the protein I paid for like I’m on some dystopian food hunt. And the kicker? The whole nightmare took less than a minute from ordering to being shoved in my hands. LESS THAN A MINUTE. That’s not “fast,” that’s “we don’t care.”
If this is your standard, it makes total sense why this location has bad reviews. This is completely unacceptable, utterly wrong, and not what I ordered. I am officially devastated and outraged. I came for a taco stacker, and I got a jalapeño joke with a boo-boo steak.

I rarley come to taco bell but I decided to stop in tonight to the new location in graham! The service at the drive thru was wonderful!!! I was a little slow to order due to lack of frequent visits but the young guy who was taking my order was patient and helped me with recommendations! When I got to the window he greeted me with a smile and a very positive attitude. I will be coming back! Thank you guys

Drive thru 4 crunchy taco supremes extra meat & sour cream. Must have been a few hours old. Soggy shells glued to the rapper. Try to pick it up entire bottom falls out on all 4. What a mess and not tasty at all.

Newest Tacobell in the area…. They took away The Quesorito. Literally lost my business. How do you take away the best thing on the menu that probably makes them the most money. I don’t even want to go there anymore. Del Taco would never do this. And they randomly just hung up on me.

Very hard chalupa shell. Made my jaw make an audible popping sound. Requested no tomatoes received tomatoes. Requested extra beans, got less than usual amount of beans. Less options here than the other tacobells. I’m actually glad this Taco Bell is so horrible because I was afraid of gaining weight now that there is a Taco Bell so close to home. Lol won’t be a problem . Also it’s really weird how many numbers you need to enter the bathroom

First time here. Asked for a side of nacho cheese and they gave us a side of sour cream. Plus the nachos we ordered had almost no cheese sauce on it. We’ll drive to the further one! This place sucks!

Did appear that they were prioritizing the online orders as those were coming out constantly
