Never understood why this dominos gets a bad Rep. For the longest time they where the only dominos this side of the county, constant staff shortage and work retention failures put this store in a contestant choke hold. I commend the current team, or long past team for supporting this part of the valley with pizza deliveries unlike most pizza places here. Now with the new vail store open, aswell as the gypsum location, the differential is now evened out.

Edit: I’ve been ordering pasta lately since i want to switch it up from pizza once in a while, but I’ve noticed that the portions were kind of small the last couple of times. I mean, you can even see the bottom of the pan. I’ve ordered them before and I’m sure they were a bit fuller before, almost to the top.

Been coming here for over 20 years. Thanks to everyone who works there! Just wished their delivery area was bigger but I don’t mind picking my food up.

Ordered online ahead of time so that I wouldn’t forget to for a party, put the correct date and time and everything. Went to go pick it up the next day, and they didn’t have it made. They had the order in the computer register and everything, but didn’t make the pizzas. I asked why and the guy could not tell me why. He said he could make them quick, but that would make me very late to the party. So I had him cancel the order and refund me (my card was already charged online). I was very disappointed that I couldn’t provide pizza for the party that I planned.

I ordered a pizza online, and when I arrived to pick it up, the employee said, “Didn’t you read that your pizza was ready at a specific time?” — which came across as a bit rude. I also asked if they had any pepper flakes, and she said they do, but they’re not free. The tone and attitude were disappointing. I just expected better customer service and a friendlier experience.

We were on a road trip through the Rockies and my friend was not feeling well. All she wanted was BBQ Wings from Dominos. I ordered two types of wings. One for her and one for me. When I arrived at the store, my order was brought to my car and the wings for her were hot wings, not BBQ. I took them back into the store and they told me they would have to remake them. Two things. I ordered two things and they were both quite simple. I asked for a refund. The store manager told me he could only give me a credit. I said fine, give me a credit back to my app where I ordered. He agreed, gave me a credit, and showed me the screen showing the credit. While my food got cold, I waited for her order to be remade and checked my app. I told the manager I wasn’t seeing the credit. He said it would show up. The screen showed the credit as a coupon. I got back home, still didn’t see the credit, contacted Dominos, and corporate tells me the credit is only good at the Avon store. Really?? Liars! I live in Arizona. Is the Avon, CO store planning to deliver to me in Arizona at no charge??? This is nothing short of fraud. Keep your credit Dominos. No store will ever see my business again. 3.1 rating. Should be a ZERO!

Fenominal service. Outstanding staff that went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. There was a long line and Marcos literally sped time up so I didn’t have to wait in line. That was a true miracle. Pizza is 10/10 crafted by the hands of a Greek goddess. If i died today I would die happy with the taste of dominos in my mouth

I placed an order online for carry out at 11am on Sunday… I’ve had bad experiences on the Gypsum location (so I was pretty worried) but I was amazed on how fast and accurate my order was ready in this location.
I came inside to pick up and the guy preparing the pizzas was great! Excellent customer service.
I ordered a second pizza since I figured my first order wasn’t gonna be enough for my friends and I and it was done super fast!! Once again the guy making pizzas was extremely efficient.
The only downside of this store is there’s no much space to sit down and no restrooms.
But for take out it’s great!

As a truck driver just trying to get a meal, this experience was frustrating. I was left on hold for a long time, and when I finally spoke to someone, communication was nearly impossible due to the language barrier. It’s important for customer service staff to speak and understand basic English, especially in a nationwide chain like Domino’s. I ended up paying a high price for food I couldn’t even order properly because I couldn’t understand what was being said. Overall, disappointing service.

I order online and called the store to check the status of my order. Gentleman who answer the phone was not ready to take phone calls he absolutely did not know what to say. My pizza was to be delivered 30-40 minutes out and It has been an hour and 20 minutes as of this review. He let me know possibly 15 more minutes! I asked him to cancel order and refund he said not possible. This store employee needs better training!
Ordered pizza again on 1/01/25 the delivery guy picked up a slice of pizza in disgust not knowing it was my pizza and looked at it with disgust because it was cold. I confronted him and he did not realize it was my pizza then he was rude about it. proceeded to say I would have touched your pizza at the store. I said that is correct but you are out making deliveries and driving your hands are not the cleanest!
