If I could give them 0 stars I would, Marrissa was entirely too rude to my staff. She even told them that if they didn’t call back they were not getting their pizza that they paid for. This unacceptable and being on the Airforce Academy I expected better. I’ve been stationed and have never experienced such a thing. Pizza was also cold.

Our pizza wasn’t throughly cooked upon arrival as the bottom of the pizza was VERY soft. As you can see in the picture the cheese on one of our pizzas slid to the other side of the pizza. I assume the delivery person was in a hurry. I believe this is unacceptable customer service. We’ve ordered several times from this Dominos and we always have something wrong with our order to include it being delivered to the wrong house. If this wasn’t the only food delivery on base I would gladly order elsewhere.

Pizza went to wrong house maybe even wrong neighborhood. Call lots of times to get it fixed, eventually got it refunded and it delivered to me an hour after. Just a bad delivery driver and manager listening to me mad at them and fixing the issue still deserves a 5 star

I stood at the counter for over five minutes before anyone helped me. A worker came up to the counter with his mask well below his nose. The worker then proceeded to rush my order and became annoyed when he had to input my gift card by hand. Finally when I came to pick up my pizza the worker threw it onto the counter and walked away. I then politely asked for a cup for water when I was told that “they don’t have those,” despite getting one last time. Anytime I’ve been here the customer service has been horrible even though I pay the same as a Domino’s off base. Please improve training so I am not talked down to when I order and treated like a second class citizen just because I didn’t order online.

I would not order from here. The driver marked my order as delivered and i never received it. They then blocked my number from calling. I will reach out to corporate this is the second issue i had the first was the driver giving himself an extra tip. HORRIBLE. Avoid at all cost! This is definitely something i will consult with an attorney about.

Its really good that they deliver to stairwells, but its very common that I need to be on the phone waiting for 45+ minutes just to have someone pick it up and be able to talk to someone. Often times I call just to be able to change the details on an order, but by the time they pick up the pizza is already here. Also I’ve had times when my order was never filed and where the phone was answered, but it was just placed on the counter and I got ignored for 10 minutes while hearing the attendants talking to one another until I got frustrated and hung up.

Ordered at 6:05PM, tracker said it was done at 6:23PM. Stayed in that status until 7:58PM when it was finally delivered. Pizzas were room temperature, cheese was hardened like what happens after it’s sitting around, and half the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I called and spoke to Jess, the proclaimed Assistant Manager, and she not only apologized but said they would remake my pizzas and redeliver with a free lava cake for the issues. Fantastic compromise. Only problem is that is now 10:15PM, the store is closed, phones are off, and I have nothing. When I asked to speak to the manager originally, I was told they were too busy to talk to me. Absolutely disgusting, will NEVER buy from this store again. Absolutely no excuse for this. Period.

Ross is really incompetent at his job — I don’t say this lightly because I don’t have high expectations. However, I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight, waited an hour and called in — after 8 minutes on hold I speak to one of the employees and he says they have “200 pizzas” in front of my order. I’m a patient person, I can wait. I then speak to Ross — or try to, anyway — before he cuts me off saying that he has “300 pies on the line. What do you want me to do? We will get to it when we get to it.” Look, I understand that they’re busy. But they need to stop taking orders if they truly are “300 pies behind” or at the very least be respectful to customers who are showing them due respect and kindness. I wasted my free pizza and I’m hoping that he remembers to refund my account because I cringe at the thought of having to speak to someone so rude again.
